Nice traditional features

The property is in a little alley with neighbouring buildings in just 2 meters distance. In the neighbouring building lived a Greek family of four generations and the older man was shouting all day-every day and the noise was unbearable. At some point I complained and he threatened me. Shocking Very disturbing, but it gets worst. My room had a door that connected another room but was closed and locked. Two females stayed in that room and of course I could listen to all their conversations, chats, music and any little sound. They would come back at 3am and would stay up until the morning.... very frustrating honestly I couldn't wait to get our of therw

The room was cleaned every day.

the appartement was very clean and very comfortable to stay, we got a balcony inside the appartement and another huge one outside of appartement. the owner is very nice and warm and helpful.

Comfortable, clean studio with en suite shower + toilet plus small kitchenette and balcony (French windows). Big enough for a couple, in semi rural situation in village of Panormos, close to shops (supermarket), restaurants and sandy beach. Very friendly, helpful landlady who collected me from and returned me to ferry (Pothia). Panormos is a little distance from the main climbers village of Masouri; so own car / scooter needed for reaching the crags and nightlife.

Self contained with a pleasant balcony to use for eating and enjoying the sun. Good value for a stay on the island for a sport climbing holiday. Good local restaurants a short walk away on a beach. Quiet at night apart from a Cockerell crowing, which has a charm. Many feral cats who appear to be tolerated as they look to be fed by the locals, and they appear to be healthy. The property was cleaned and fresh towels and linen provided regularly. The owner is friendly and responds to messages.

Nothing to dislike if you are aware of this of type of property, which are common in the islands. It is basic and not modernised.

The host was really kind and helpful, she also cleaned the studios every day. We had comfortable rooms and a large balcony on each. Location was perfect, close to Masouri but quiet.

The place is very descent and in a very quiet neighborhood. It's very close to supermarket, bars, restaurants and the bus station. The beaches are super close, at a walking distance. Ms Evdokia was super nice and helpful. She came to pick me up from the airport and was willing to take me to the port too. She was also very kind to let me leave my stuff at the apartment after the check out as I was leaving late. It's a value for money place and with great hospitality. I totally recommend!

Bathroom was kind of old and rusty.

Evdokia, the host, is the epitome of greek hospitality. Not only did she give me a lift from the port and back, she also made a flexible checkout possible.

Mela Studios is located in a residental neighbourhood, thus it can be a bit noisy with all the neighbours. But it's fun listenting to greek argues, they are very emotional. ;-)
