Everything. A perfect location literally yards from the beach. You can hear the sea from the balcony. We had a top floor room which was lovely and quiet even though it’s situated in the centre of the village. Beds were so comfortable - a rarity in Greece 😝. Room perfectly equipped. My only one suggestion would be an umbrella on the balcony as it does get super hot and there’s no shade. Other than that everything is brilliant, and Soula is so kind and helpful 🙏

Nothing that affected us but if you are not good with stairs it may be an issue as there is quite a large flight to get up to the reception.

Lovely and hospitable landlady and staff. Sufficient room , and comfortable beds with beautiful Telendos Island view. The most important one is that Cleaned daily, and changed bed sheet and towels. Satisfactory fridge, and kitchen stuff and Air Conditioner The place is also very central and after 2-3 min walking reachable to beach, restaurants and markets etc. Rooms are better than looks in photos. I would definitely choose same hotel, If I'm lucky to find free room in there :)

The owner was very helpful and provided an inviting atmosphere. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The studio was very clean, basic bit well maintained. The WiFi was top in one part of the room, which was important because I needed it for work. And they provided towel and washing up tools in the kitchen.

Ik you really wanted to cook, there is no counterspace for that. An micro wave would be great

We loved everything! The central location, the views, the balcony, the air-conditioning, the bathroom, the cooking area, the fridge, the beds, hair-dryer, cooking facilities, storage space, even a washing line with pegs! We came back to a clean room everyday! Everything had been considered by our wonderful hostess! We were even left cakes! Perfect after a day's climbing. This is just a fantastic find. Our hostess was so accommodating that on this occasion she was able to offer an early check-in and a late check-out to accommodate our flight times. We had a wonderful time and will be back again in October 2022!

I think these are the nicest studio rooms in the area. We've stayed with several over many visits and this is the place we come back to because they are the most comfortable. Beds are new, the rooms themselves seem newly remodeled and modern, the grounds of the estate are very well kept and a pleasure to spend time in, and the staff is amazing (occasional treats, daily room cleaning, any practical info or help you might need).

Understand which part of the village this is: it's basically the center, so expect some noise. Things do go quiet after dark, but this is near the restaurants and shops, so you'll hear the afternoon and evening dinner rush. This never bothered us, but it is something to consider for some.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Massouri. Near to restaurants and shops. There were steps opposite the apartment leading down to the beach and walking distance to the climbing crags above and the Telendos boat jetty. It's best to hire a scooter though to reach more crags. The host was really friendly and room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
