Lovely home. It’s almost like 2 homes that share a kitchen. Lots of space. Plenty of parking and super convenient. Be advised this house has 2 window ACs and neither are in a bedroom so if it is a little warmer you may need to drive the temp down in the rest of the house for sleeping. I would stay there again.

We have stayed in Ouray many times in the past 20+ years… this place was among one of the best! It comes well stocked with all of your needs met… shampoo, body soap, laundry soap, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and so much more. Ingrid was so easy to communicate with and answered any of our inquiries in a very timely manner. Having two nice sized living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out. The back yard was a plus for the kids! There are two window AC units that were very nice when it got a bit hot outside. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. We love Ouray and this is a place we will keep coming back to if we are able!

We enjoyed our stay there . Great property close to town . Loved all the extra details like having body wash/shampoo m/ cream rinse in the bathrooms Also the cooking staples in the cupboards like oils , coffee etc We will definitely come back

Would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Ouray! The house is spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults and never felt crowded. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. You are a short walk from the main road. There is a small grocery close by. Loved the view from the deck. Perfect place for a cup of coffee on a cool summer morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We have bern ouray for 6 years and always rent a VBRO, this one is the best one yet. Its clean, roomy, comfortable and a great location. The back porch was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the scenery.

This house has everything you need and was stocked with all the standard household necessities. It is one block off of main street for easy walking to shopping, restaurants or the brewery. The views, however, are the best part. Pretty much 360 views of the mountains. Pictures don't do it justice. The mountains are in your face. The million dollar highway (red mountain pass)starts in Ouray, and makes for a spectacular drive to Silverton. Telluride is a easy but beautiful 40 minute dive. In Ouray, you have box canyon, cascade falls and and several hot springs to choose from. We chose the vapor cave which we are glad we did. Underground cave with a hot spring pool. Hot! The outdoor hot spring fed pool was 105. Being in the pool while it's snowing was a awesome experience. Highly recommend this location.

This house was perfect for us. It was nice and cozy during our winter visit, and a short walk to main street. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Check-in was easy and the owner was really nice. Highly recommend eating at the owners' restaurant Brickhouse 737. We ate there two out of three nights. We will be back for sure.

The house has plenty of room for multiple guests with 3 bedrooms plus 2 separate living rooms with pullout couches. It's walking distance from downtown with mountain views, and the property owner was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Older house that has been updated. One block walk to main street. Very peaceful deck with amazing views. Separate living room and den, great for older kids.

We were headed to Florida for vacation but hurricane Ian hit Florida, so we decided last minute to head west. We had never heard of Ouray Colorado, but my brother-in-law goes there all the time, and mentioned we should go there. We found this pretty little house and decided on it. Well worth it! My brother-in-law made the drive from Oklahoma and met us there. We had a great time! View from the deck is awesome. I sat out there quite a bit. It’s close to town so you can walk, but still not near the hustle and bustle. The house was super clean, stocked with everything needed, and super cozy. The master bed mattress was a little rough but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Several games, and lots of books to read, plenty of tv options as well. All in all a great stay! Owners had great communication regarding the bear visiting the property. We however didn’t see the bear, and believe me my husband was trying to see one. The outlaw is a great place for dinner, with live piano player, makes it special. Timberline Deli is great for breakfast, their donuts are amazing, and they serve lunch as well. Cute little grocery store for anything you forgot. The drive to Silverton & Durango is a must! Thank you for a great stay in Ouray!

Booked this house for a week stay with my family and fiancé so we could get married in town. The house was in a amazing location and beautifully kept. Our host was a fast responded and left so many great tips and recommendations to help us enjoy the town even more. Has a great yard and was the perfect size for our big group. We will Definitely be returning as soon as we can. Highly recommend

This home was beautifully furnished and had everything you could possibly need. The bed we slept in was very comfortable as well. We loved having our coffee on the deck every morning with the beautiful views of the mountains.

We had the best time in Ouray! What a lovely, quaint , friendly little town! This property was PERFECT for us! Surrounded by mountains in a box canyon, it was has amazing views all the way around. We vacationed with our daughter and her husband so the bedroom configuration was PERFECT! We each had much privacy and came together in the living areas for visiting or watching movies. We cooked several meals in the nicely outfitted kitchen. The property was immaculately clean, fresh and a pleasure to be our home away from home. Check in/out was very easy and convenient and communication was above board. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this PERFECT part of Colorado!

Right off Main St with amazing views of the mountains. The raised deck is perfect for entertaining and the large backyard is great for outdoor games. Lots of room for a large family and very kid friendly too!

We have stayed in Ouray on multiple occasions and this was one of the best places we have stayed. The house is very comfortable, spacious, stunning views (from the main bedroom you can see the Box Canon sign and the Amphitheater as well!). The deck is spectacular. The house must have been recently remodeled as everything is working perfectly, it is very clean and super spacious. We would love to come back. The pictures do not do justice to the place. It is much nicer than they suggest it.

A fantastic property in an amazing town, very convenient (walkable) to everything Ouray has to offer. Hosts were very responsive and house was well equipped for our group (two couples). Fine attention to details and CLEAN! Great views from the back deck, the spacious backyard provides a level of privacy even though you are in town. Already planning our return visit!

Highly recommend. Clean as promised! I'm allergic to many animals, and I didn't have any issues during our 6-day stay. Relaxing is not easy for me away from home because of cleanliness, but I didn't hesitate for a second. That's a big deal! Nice spacious place. Beautiful views from the deck. Just a block from shopping and some amazing restaurants. It's a homey place to return to after a fun day. Kitchen is well equipped to cook some great meals. Would return in a heartbeat.

The house was a perfect location for guests for a wedding at the Beaumont Hotel, just a short walk of 2 blocks. The house was well appointed and very roomy.

This property was great for our family! We brought our small children and some extended family along with us. The place had plenty of space and we were able to cook any meals that we wanted in the rental. It is also only 2 blocks from Main St if you want to eat out. There is also a big yard and nice deck to enjoy the views! The hosts were responsive to any questions and it was an extremely easy check-in/check-out process. Highly recommended stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. We had our coffee on the deck every morning and enjoyed the 360 degree breathtaking views. We plan on returning again soon.

This is the perfect house for families in Ouray. It is one block from town and has excellent views of the mountains. There is also ample parking for your toys, Jeep’s, etc. There is a big yard for kids activities and a nice deck to bbq on. We have made this house a yearly family tradition.

This house was amazing for us. It was super clean and spacious. The location was perfect for walking all of downtown and was beautiful with mountains all around. We love the house and thought it was so charming and homey. The owners were easy to communicate with and check in and out was so easy. The town of Ouray is beautiful and we had plenty to do. This house in Ouray was fantastic in every way! Great location, comfy beds, plenty of space indoor and outdoor to relax, and everything you’d need in the kitchen to make your stay enjoyable. The kids games and sleds were an added bonus! We will certainly stay here again when we return to the San Juans.
