Great property and the owner was really helpful!

Alex’s house is perfectly set up for privacy and quiet between all of the levels. The great room is wonderful for gathering at all meals and games. At first we thought the small screen size would be an issue but we never once missed having movie nights we just played more games together. All around one of our best Dillon stays in the 5 yrs we’ve been renting with VRBO.

Great experience, Alex was very responsive to some minor questions. House is clean and has a beautiful view.

I can’t thank you enough for the most amazing stay ever, The house is amazing and accommodated my family beautifully. The kitchen is not well stocked but I can get over that the property is beautiful. One comment I didn’t report to the property manager/the 2nd oven is broken. It’s an awesome place to gather a larger group. The owner is awesome.

Had a very nice stay at this property, can’t beat the view. The hot tub is really nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Alex and the property manager was amazing, so responsive! One downside is the clean fee is $350 and we had to take out all the trash including in the bathrooms, wash and put away all the dishes (typically other houses allow you to run the dishwasher on your last day and they put them away) and pull all the towels/linens. Kind of a lot to do day of departure. If you’re fine with doing all that, this is a great place to stay!

My group of 6 women stayed 3 nights at this property in mid September. As shown in the pictures, the house is perched on the hilltop with a drop dead view of the ocean. It is large with several levels separating the various bedrooms and living area. The open living room/ kitchen plan makes it comfortable for a large group to gather around the kitchen or relax on the comfy seating. The property managers were extremely responsive to my contacting them several times before our stay and once when we arrived. We found the kitchen supplies a little lacking but we did cook 3 dinners and breakfasts. However we got creative with what we couldn't find and all worked out well. Luckily, I had a decent wine opener in my car since the one provided was really inadequate. Otherwise, a lovely stay was had by all.

Great location, amazing bay/ocean views and a doable walk downhill to the beach! We all enjoyed our first visit to the pacific coast and this home was the perfect base for our vacation. Plenty of space, clean and a great kitchen to prepare family meals. We loved watching the family of deer behind the house! They came multiple times a day. Only recommendation would be to install larger TV’s and put one in each bedroom! The tv’s were so small (honestly about the size of a large computer monitor) and we could not enjoy an evening movie as a family or retire to the bedrooms to watch a movie/tv show. Great place!

We had a great tonight stay at this home. The house was very tidy and the property managers were very responsive. It was perfect for our family of nine, there is a whole separate living area downstairs and that is where we sent our kids. On our way home my son fell asleep, when he woke up and realized that we were home he started crying. He said he wanted to go back to the beach house.

This is a lovely home — plenty of space for our extended family. Note summer weather can be a bit foggy for the view — which is amazing when clear (hit or miss). But was nice and cool compared to the Central Valley. The carpets are a bit older, but not a problem for us as the owner allowed our dog! (Thank you!) They even left blankets and sheets so our dog could be on the sofa! Note the main floor bedrm needs two steps to go into the bathroom - this was a bit of an issue for my elderly mother. Only real issue was the rodent (prob mouse) droppings in the pantry every day — we kept all our food in our coolers once we noted that (we did see a mouse trap in the pantry). Since we are experienced campers, and only had a two days left - we managed — owner stated he would take care of the issue.

Very nice and very clean property. Kitchen and all the rooms are amazing with great views. Only downside was the construction going on next door but I know that is out of the property owners hands. If you are a big coffee drinker like my group is I would recommend bringing your own coffee maker the one at the house is quite small. Overall great place and great time. Would highly recommend it and plan on staying again.

This is a lovely luxury home overlooking the beach. It has a wonderful common space and ample and comfortable bedroom spaces: 3 good adult bedrooms and 1 kids space. It worked for 6 adults but… some of felt a little cramped in kid beds. Amazing views, great hottub, good vacation home amenities. Recommend!

Amazing property and very accommodating host. We had a great time ringing in 2022 here and would highly recommend for the views and sunsets alone. Amazing in every way.

Great open floor plan for gathering with family complete with enough beds, bathrooms and beach views for everyone! Would highly recommend staying at the Point and plan to re-book as a family given our great experience!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. Even with the fog, the views were amazing. We were lucky that on our last day, the fog lifted and we were able to see Dillion Beach in all it's sunny glory. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Point. Our group (8 adults plus one 6 year old) had plenty of space to spread out when needed and the common room in the main level was great for all of us to congregate. The only thing we would've wanted was a bigger TV in that room. We're all huge sports fans and had the TV on in the background to enjoy while we were all together. Other than that, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, the double oven was a huge plus and overall the house was very clean. There's a nook by the stairs that my daughter was obsessed with. She called it her "room" and made it into her little hideout. It was so cute and such a surprise that made her weekend all the more enjoyable. Lastly, Alex and the property manger, Lesley, were fantastic hosts. They were quick to respond and super friendly. We're already planning our next stay! Thanks for having us!

Absolutely perfect home! There were 4 of us ladies and it was so nice to each have a room. We saw deer right outside the windows every single day. Alex was wonderful to deal with - very quick to respond to a couple questions I had. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The decor is perfect. The views from each room were breathtaking. The hot tub was fantastic. The little town is just beautiful - check out the little convenience store! One note is that there are no Uber's or Lyft's out that way. We had a hired driver on our big wine tasting day but after that, we had to drive ourselves. But we would love to go back to this home again!!!

This house is wonderful. There are views from virtually every room. The decorating (even including live plants) makes you feel like you are staying in a friend's home. Everything was clean and virtually new. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! The room on the main level bedroom was not an office with a blow up bed as stated in the description——it was a beautiful second master with a king bed—-that was a nice surprise!!!

The house was perfect for our three families, but we had a very unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, the kitchen was not as clean as we had hoped, especially the floor. When we voiced our concern to one of the managers she arrived at the house & entered without being invited in or wearing a mask. She was very defensive to the point of being rude & when we asked her to leave she got further aggressive. It was a very unpleasant situation.

We had a lovely stay in this amazing house. The ocean view is absolutely amazing! The communication with the host was impeccable and everything was as advertised or better. Highly recommended!

Loved this home. Very luxurious with stunning vistas, updated and comfortable surroundings, everything you might need for our stay. We will come back and stay longer next time. Definitely a five star experience!

We so enjoyed our stay here! We initially were looking for a place in Stinson Beach / Sea Drift for a couple nights over the new year's holiday. We wanted a place to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th birthday - where she could enjoy being at the beach. Boy! Did we luck out finding this place - even more beautiful than the photos. Situated on a bluff with breathtaking views from every room. The house is great for multiple couples and/or families as there are three levels, including three bedrooms with ensuite. House is well appointed. We discovered Dillon Beach and will return soon - hopefully to this gorgeous house!

Excellent location and accommodations. Clean and well equipped property. Great layout for a family with both common areas and plenty of privacy. Only minor note as to why the listing received 4 stars versus 5 is that while this is technically a 4 bedroom house as listed, only 3 of the bedrooms are set up with beds. So if your party requires more than 3 beds, note that someone will need to sleep on a couch (which are quite comfortable, but are not pull out couches). Overall, would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay here! Amazing views, beautifully decorated, and very responsive host! We were able to book at a late notice and Alex was very responsive and communicative about our questions. The views are incredible, nearby hikes and beach are so fun to explore. We would definitely return.
