Nice property, easy access. Close to places we needed to go. Management people very accommodating. Storm had shorted out some electrical, fixed next day. Found that it had also taken out fridge - they brought out a temp fridge on Christmas eve - and put a new one in next business day. Who does this? I am very impressed with their dedication and help. Thank you for saving our holiday with our family!!!

This Todd Creek Farmhouse was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. The kids had fun in the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings

I love throwing family events at this place it’s perfect size especially outside ! We have done 3 of them already here and each time everything was perfect ! The only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness of the place , there was spider webs behind doors and window inside the place and the bathroom door had stuff splattered on it and wasn’t wiped off but other then that place was great

We loved the place not only are the property mgrs very easy going and honest the place is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely take the time to watch the sunset in the back yard the view is amazing!

This property is beyond amazing. We rented the house and property to host a 15th birthday (quince). We had plenty of space for over 200 guests. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. The house had lots of room for my family of 5. We stood in the house for 4 days. I highly recommend this property for a stay and/or event. Our family will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the quiet and privacy it offered. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us. We didn’t realize there wasn’t any air upstairs, being from GA it was a shock but we made it work with no issues. We even got to play cowboy a couple of times with curious baby calves. Thanks for an amazing experience.

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfy with everything you needed. In a great location, so peaceful and quiet My teenage girls loved it . So much room for a nice sleepover with their friends ! Jodie was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She is so nice and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She answered any questions I had via email and text in a fast manner .It was a easy check in and out . My family will definitely be back .

We used this home while we were waiting on our home to finish being built. We were happy to see it decorated for the holiday as it lifted our spirits. Location was perfect. Worked great for our family of 6.

Wonderful farm house had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The property manager Jodie was the best I have ever dealt with. We would definitely rent here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet with a real country vibe yet within minutes of restaurants and shopping. Loved all the critters who call this place home too. Everyone we came in contact with at the ranch including the host and property manager was helpful and friendly. I especially loved the well stocked kitchen complete with spices, plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, the plentiful towels and the comfy beds!

Kids loved feeding the cows , loved the trip . Fire pit was cool . Bring wood with , and there are cows so you do have some fly to deal with but it was not to bad for us .

Jodie was a great host! House was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and we were able to have family over a couple nights before which was awesome! The fire pit was a nice bonus and there was plenty of wood on the property. We would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

I could not be more pleased with our stay at the property and the overall experience on hosting my DIY wedding there. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and having the house to stay in before and after was great. Property manager was easy to work with and Sunny the event coordinator really helped my wedding day stay on track and as planned. The house was nice and had plenty of space.

Great place to hang out-I could see this as a family reunion place. Or at least an immediate family reunion place. Plenty of places to sleep, great kitchen & dining room. And the cows just add a little county charm. :)

Located about 20 miles from downtown denver Very quiet and relaxing

Hosted an annual tournament and we had 18 folks playing cornhole in the backyard on 4 different boards and there was more than enough room.

This house is a great place for group of 8. Private area but close to where we needed to go. House was clean and spacious. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!

The ranch was perfect! I came with a group of 8 for my birthday and it was more than enough room for all of us. The wrap around porch was perfect for an entertaining space and the walk out deck from the master was my main spot for coffee in the morning. With COVID going on, we knew that eating out probably wouldn’t be much of a possibility for a group of our size. We utilized the spacious kitchen for almost every meal there were more than enough pots/pans/dining ware for all of us. Just a short drive to Denver and only an hour from FT. Colllins. If you’re looking for a private get away for your group, the ranch is the spot to be!!

Great place for a party on 17 acres. Huge covered porch for those afternoon/ evening Colorado storms which we experienced our first night there. Everything was as advertised. The property manager Jodi was a pleasure to deal with, and made the transaction a breeze. I can enthusiastically recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the Property manager Jodi was very helpful and responded to all requests. The fridge and freezer were dirty, but overall the property served its purpose. I would stay here again if we come back to the Denver area again.

Great vacation rental in a good location! Close to everything we had planned for our trip!

The rental experience went very well from the time the reservation was made Through the entire visit. One morning the water was out, but it was fixed in 30 minutes. I would definitely rent there again.

The property was a perfect fit for our needs with plenty of parking and pet friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

We needed a place to stay that would not only accommodate us but our cattle for two days. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
