Place is beautiful and right on the water. Could see sea turtles straight from the balcony. Close to everything around Maui.

In person, the condo seems a bit more dated than the photos show however, the vibe could be AMAZING with fixes some of the minor damages and little flaws.
The view and location more than made up for it and I would definitely recommend staying. We saw soooo many turtles every day!!! That too made our stay!
Parking was easy, once we figured out it was in the garage underneath. Walkable to the harbor shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend the ice cream shop! And Starbucks is close too!

We loved the location/view and condo itself. Very nicely stocked pantry!! Could not find a code to use the stairs to enter the building (elevator only)....we were only give the pool code and room code. I tried the pool code. didn't try our condo code. Condo was really nice however dated. But for how old this remodel was, it was in very to fairly good shape...a few things didn't work, but no big deal. Wasn't able to start hood fan due to assuming it just didn't work....but power button and one other button was broken. was able to get it switched with a tool, and now it works when pulled out. Parking lot patrol left at least 3 warnings on our car (first was within 1 hour of getting there and parked in visitor spot). Called about rental not able to go to basement parking and was told to use visitor spots when called. had parking pass clearly displayed on rear view mirror and still got two more warnings on our windshield. lol......I'd recommend using something otehr than white duct take for covering the front vented window around to seal and also not use blue tape in several spots to highlight broken things....or make them much smaller. I will be recommending the place regardless and will likely stay again, just due to view/windows and very cool layout w/round kitchen and architecturally very unique. etc.... oh....please put on some slow close toilet seats and fyi guest bath toilet seat won't even stay up for men who need to lift the seat...lol too. mahalo

Great location with the most amazing views from this unit. We've been to the area before and expected no sand beach off the unit, but the grass area was great and small beach to the Harbor. Short walk to Maalaea Harbor and quick drive to beachs down in Kihei or Makena. Pool area was great for kids and room was comfortable for 6. Would definatley stay again. Condo had boogie boards, towels, and plenty of kitchen utensil etc. Washer/Dryer in unit too was nice. 10 AM check out is tough, but we wanted to get our day going anyway so no big deal.

The view was beautiful, condo was very clean. Condo did seem very outdated, not what was expected at that price point. Be ready for very quick showers as the hot water lasts 5 or so minutes max.
We messaged the property owner to find out how to turn a light on the balcony to enjoy it in the evening and never got a response back!

If you're looking for a gorgeous view to wake up to this is it. Watching the sunrise and sunset on the balcony was breathtaking. The condo is easy to access, stunning interior, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was so nice to be able to spread out and have an amazing view from wherever we were in the condo. The location is centrally located making it easy to explore the island. Super clean with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Communication with our host was fast and friendly. A must if you are looking for a great place to vacations.

Stunning&unbelievable views! Perfect stay in Paradise! Loved the balcony sofa! Loved the mirrors& beautiful bathrooms& showers! Thank you for the delicious banana bread& papaya,&roses for my birthday! Can’t wait to stay again! So clean!Loved hearing the waves at night!

This rental is a beautiful, upscale condo with the most amazing views and literally right one the water. The sound of the waves crashing is mesmerizing. It is very comfortable and spacious. The master bed was very comfortable. The sleeper sofas not so much. Children might have no problem but I don't think adults would enjoy sleeping on the sofas for long. Other than that, I highly recommend this beautiful rental. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I came to Maui to rest for a week. This place was the absolute perfect place to do just that! Every place you sit has a view, the sound of the ocean is unbelievable and drowns out most other noise. We enjoyed coffee on the incredible balcony each morning with the most amazing sunrises. I could say so much more, but I will just say this… it was perfect.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect! We had originally looked to stay in Lahaina and chose to stay here. Best decision ever! This is a much better location cuz you were literally in the center of everything. Just a short Drive North and a short drive to the south. You must stay here. Don't forget Mama's Fish House and you have got to try Ekolu Kitchen 1279. Ekolu Ambience does not match up to Mama's Fish House or Duo or even Lahaina Grill. but the food was spectacular in the prices cannot be beat. ALOHA

It was advertised as a 6 person property, but in reality it is large studio with two bathrooms.
The property is listed as beach front, while it is on the ocean, there is no beach.
The decor has not been updated since the 80s, and lacked a modern appeal. (Lots or mirrored walls, Gold and white.

My husband and I stayed here with our two teenagers for a week. Enjoyed the expansive views, sunny breakfasts in the lanai, watching the sea turtles feed nearby every evening, and the central location that made for easy drives to many beaches, as well as dining in Wailea or Lahaina etc. Within walking distance of the harbor and a world class aquarium. Be prepared to launder beach towels every night if you are a party of four (like we were). One of the pulls which raise and lower a large living room shade was broken and could not be raised, so this took away from the views, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience. The unit's kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware, dishes and appliances one would need for an extended stay--as well as three beach chairs, boogie boards, large portable cooler and beach umbrella, which was so convenient! This unit is on the 4th floor and we were happy that there was an elevator. Ample free parking as well. We would stay here again and very much enjoyed having this as our home base during our Maui vacation!

This property was exactly as described. It was beautiful staying right on the water and awesome seeing all the turtles. The inside was clean, spacious and well taken care of. It also had a bunch of stuff left over for the kitchen and beach stuff. The only thing they could of had is another beach chair because there was only one. No biggie though. Overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it.

Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 16,16,19.22) spent 9 days here. The pilot needs worked great and there was plenty of space. Enjoyed location, we drove everywhere on the island and this was very centralized. Thank you, we are very happy with our stay!

Great location yet misread with photo.
Everything is what we asked for. However, I thought there will be longer balcony by looking at the photo. It's accurate photo but the angle of photo make me believed longer... however, everything else was great!

Property manager was very rude. Called us at 8am on checkout morning and insisted that we be out well before our checkout because she was “on property” and wanted to start. Was extremely snarky and showed no regard for our time.

It really is as great as the pictures
If you are on Maui for the ocean, this is the place for you. In our ten days on the island, we saw no place closer to the water. (Our ten-year-old son tossed a stick into the ocean from the balcony. By contrast, all the ocean view rooms in the hotels, even the nicest, are a couple hundred yards from the water.) And the views are even better than in the picture. (Sea turtles fifty feet out – easy wading – ever day, both morning and evening.) The unit is well designed and very well equipped. (Three boogie boards, a beach umbrella, cooler as well as a well-stocked pantry (ziplock bags, plastic cutlery, a decent selection of herbs and spices) in addition to all the expected thing). And the housecleaner, who is the local contact, was very pleasant and helpful. (She got us in a couple hours early. Thanks!) Maalea Bay is not close to the main tourist areas – which for us was fine. 20 minute drive to the Wailea beaches and 35 minutes to Lahaina. To go to sleep and wake up each day with the sound of breaking waves and wonderful views, both day and night, was well worth the drive. This was, by local standards, a bargain. (Maui is pretty crazy expensive.) If the pictures make you long to spend time here, we can’t imagine that you would be anything less than fully satisfied.

We checked in late and it was already dark but the host was very responsive to guide us through the parking and check in process and to ensure that we had wonderful stay at this property. Thanks Christy.
The view from the unit sums it up. It’s the waterfront property right in the harbor and you can witness lovely sunrise from the balcony every morning. You can spend the entire day in the balcony with the view of the bay and Molokini crater far off the sight. If you get lucky you can spot whales and turtles.
Very quiet and clean with all amenities well kept and functional. Elevator to the 4th floor where the unit is located with easy access to basement parking. Pool onsite with easy access only for residents.
Walking distance to Maalea harbor if you plan to take snorkeling or whale watching trips. Close to Lahaina Pali trail and easy drive both on east side to Kihei and Wilea beaches and west side to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua beaches and north to airport and about 1 hour 15 mins drive to Haleakala National Park.
All in all we had a memorable staycation at this location. Highly recommended.

Our experience was great and the property is wonderful. We had front row seats to the ocean from the balcony and saw sea turtles and whales easily every day. Do yourself a favor and book your next trip here. We only had a small misunderstanding with the parking permit, but otherwise a carefree and relaxing stay.

Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the turtles swim in front of the condo from our 4th floor location! Quiet area, but central to most locations on the island. Beach is a very short drive and chairs, umbrella, and cooler in the unit. The only downside is no sunset viewing from this part of the island. Overall very nice, though!
