House had all the amenities of home. Grankids loved the dock and fishing everyday. Lake was quiet and relaxing.

The house was gorgeous and fit all of us perfectly. The pool was such a nice addition! We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and docked it right at the house. The boys fished off shore and caught some huge catfish at night. The area has plenty of restaurants or you can order pizza right to the house. We really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend it.

This property was more than perfect! The house was even better than photos showed! The landscape around the pool was beautiful! It totally inspired me to want to plant some of the same plants around my pool! The home provided more than you could ever need while vacationing at the lake! My family, especially the grandchildren, made so many wonderful memories! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our weather wasn’t the best but we managed to have fun between the raindrops! Our family of 14 fit beautifully ! The kitchen is extremely well stocked which made it easy and having the large kitchen island was fantastic for preparing meals. Everyone loved their foam mattress beds, found them very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, the beach, fishing dock, outdoor deck and grill just added to the vacation vibes! A great spot most certainly !!! Would definitely recommend this home!

Place had everything we needed/expected and more. On a beautiful area of the lake. Kids enjoyed the pool and catching fish off of the dock. Had enough space for our group of 14. Appreciated the kitchen set up and utensils, cookware, etc. Also very nice to have rhe extra frudge in the garage. 100% recommend if you are looking for a pool/lake combination.

NICE location but lots of deficiencies! 1. No closets to hang cloths! No dressers to store cloths! 2. Horrible picnic table in main eating area. Our older guests had a horrible time climbing in and out! 3. Awful cheap beds in guest rooms. 4.Tiny coffee pot for 6 people! We had to make 3 or 4 pots every day. No decent knives! 5. No outdoor dining table on patio and no umbrella or shade on deck! 6. Bad bugs, nats! are you spaying???

We stayed at the house with 12 people - half were kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and fire pit… of course Lake Murray is wonderful for tubing and exploring. Always a nice time and this house was clean and plenty of space for everyone.

We had our yearly family vacation and the house had everything we could ask for and more. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

This was a great property. The owner was great with communication when we had a need for the house or a question. Loved the lake and the pool. Perfect for the kids and adults alike!

Every thing met expectations with ease. There was a defective dishwasher, and the owner expedited its repair. We might very possibly return as we found it "as good as it gets."

Great house with incredible landscaping. Big deck overlooking swimming pool. Dock is great for fishing or a dip in the lake. Owner friendly and responsive. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was GREAT having the pool for the little ones and the older children enjoyed the lake . Great place for all 11 of us. We wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Thanks for the memories !!

Our family loved this rental. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The kids loved fishing and playing in the sand on the beach. The pool was perfect and the views were amazing. Highly recommend this place! They had everything we needed for the week. Absolutely amazing memories made. Thanks for everything. We will be back!

We are normally beach people but decided to do something different this year. Glad we did! We had a great time. House was great. Sandy beach was perfect for little ones. Enjoyed the pool after day on the lake. Would definitely vacation at lake again!

The property was just what we wanted. The pool was great and we caught a few fish off the dock. We used the grill three of the four nights of our stay. All agreed that it was a great weekend.

This was the perfect property for a wonderful family holiday vacation. The house is in terrific condition with all amenities you could want. It’s all well kept and clean and well stocked. We cooked multiple meals for 12 with no issues st all. The view and fire put and hot tub were great for outdoor time. Was an easy drive to groceries, fast food and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more, would definitely stay again. Thanks Kris! Jeff

Property offered entertainment for three generations of adults. Everything was as described in the listing. Hosts were responsive to questions and were very helpful. Hope to rent again.

We enjoyed our stay! There are SO many extra amenities! The pool is great for timid young swimmers and pros alike. The large back deck overlooking the lake and pool was our favorite place to have breakfast and dinner. This was the first time we took our dog on vacation - so fun to have him there. The deck was also the perfect place to close him in when there was no room for him on the boat. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful property! We had a GRAND time and are planning to book there again!

The home was exactly as represented. It was great for gathering and celebrating with family over the holiday. The owners were very attentive to what we needed and communication was great. If it had been warmer, we would have rented the boat to get out on the lake. We did enjoy the back porch with the heaters. The sun rises over the lake were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the location was great! The owner was very responsive and check-in/out was smooth and easy. We had two families with kids and two small dogs and the house was perfect for us!

Looked great on line with VRBO. Exterior property nice with pool and dock. Sandy beach was minimal - rocks and dirt revealed where sand had washed away. Uncut grass around home was ankle deep and going to seed. Parking was adequate. The steep entry driveway was gravel and dirt - shared concrete driveway was okay. Interior of home was air-conditioned, crowded with many plants, furniture was in need of repair and replacement - poorly functioning recliner, one guest bed held up in center by cinder-blocks. Toaster was not functioning correctly. Master shower drain was filthy - covered with fistful of hair. Windows in the kitchen eating area were filthy. Gas grill on deck was smelly with rancid drip pan beneath. Smoker next to the grill had burned-up cover. On the third day, the infestation of fleas was horrible. The fleas on the second floor of this home were tremendous. We vacuumed the upstairs and downstairs of this home, just so we could walk without getting bit and feet covered with fleas. All bed linens and covers were washed by us multiple days to diminish the flea population. We contacted VRBO, then the (substitute) contact person - since the home owner was out of town. The substitute contact person was in touch with the home owner, who wanted us to get Flea Bombs and do this application while we were there on vacation with 6 adults + 4 grandchildren. We opted to use a Retail Natural Care + Product so the grandchildren were not exposed to the vapors of the Insecticide Bombs. Each day (# 4,5,6,7) we washed linens and vacuumed this home upstairs, and downstairs to vacuum the fleas that hatched. The purchase of the Flea Bombs and more flea carpet powder and flea spray was delivered to the VRBO by the substitute contact person for us to apply. In addition, the house fly population was terrible. We purchased an 8-pack of Fly Papers to hang in the kitchen and eating area for the house flies. The kitchen trash can was not operable (battery operated opening) where you needed to open it. No batteries were in it. There was a small hole in the top where you had to stick your finger into the hole to manually open the lid. The underside of the trash can lid was filthy. Neighbors were very nice people. The cost for one week of vacation was a miserable vacation.
