We enjoyed our stay

Our family visited more family in Birmingham, and this was the perfect place for our "overflow." Definitely will stay here again for parents weekend or Samford graduation in a few years!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The location was great, the home was very clean and nice, there were plenty of comfortable beds, and the owners were kind and attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family in Birmingham. The pictures online depict how beautifully decorated and how nice this place is. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. I was very impressed with how clean it was as that has not always been my experience in some VRBO‘s. Having such a nice place just made our stay all that much better.

We had a wonderful stay for our son's graduation weekend! The condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home, including extras. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and prepare meals...all we had to provide was the food. There were plenty of clean, white linens which we appreciated. The condo itself was spacious and we had plenty of room for playing board games and enjoying meals as well. Communication with the hosts was easy and polite, and they responded quickly to the few questions we had. The location was great with grocery stores within just a couple of miles, and it was only about 15 minutes from the Samford campus. We definitely feel comfortable recommending this condo, it was a great stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for a family wedding! Beds were great, living area was comfortable and everything was clean. Great option for a family or group of friends! We will be back!

Went to Birmingham for NCAA tournament, and this was the perfect place to stay. Less than 20 minutes from arena and everything you need, including extra large TV for game watching. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. House was well stocked with everything you would need in kitchen and bedrooms. Check-in was a breeze. Would recommend highly!

We rented this beautiful townhome for 4 nights for our family to stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The house is close to every store, retail, grocery, etc and a stones throw to major highways for ease and convenience for round trip visits to Birmingham. The owners were super helpful and accommodating and the house was stocked with fresh linens, towels, and many amenities. It was a comfortable respite for my family throughout a very long and hectic weekend. I rate this property an A++

This home worked very well for our multi generation family stay. The master is downstairs with a “step in” shower for my elderly parents and then a half bath downstairs too. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Only caution is house sits right next to the interstate and you absolutely hear the road noise at night from all the bedrooms. We used our handy travel earplugs and slept very well on the comfortable beds. Would stay again!

We are 4 guys that worked together and to stay in touch we do a year golf outing. We have been doing this for 15 plus years. This town house was one of the nicest and most comfortable we have stayed in. The owners were super nice and helpful with restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this home. Bob C

This house was perfect for us! We had 9 girls stay for a bachelorette weekend and it was just the right amount of space. It was very clean and great location for us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for my son’s graduation from UA. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy each other’s company, and also to get some privacy when needed. The area is safe and convenient to shopping. The price was just right.

Perfect place for golfers to stay. It was close to RTJ courses and had lots of restaurants close by. The owners were very helpful and the area it was in was very nice.

RTJ golf outing and the house was about a 15 trip in a good neighborhood with grocery and restaurants nearby.

This was the perfect home for our family. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very well stocked which we appreciated for items we forgot. Location was phenomenal. Close to so many good restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect getaway to come and celebrate our daughter graduating from PA School at UAB.

My husband had a medical treatment at Brookwood. Our family stayed at this wonderful townhouse for several days. It was the perfect place for all of us especially my husband. He slept so well when he was there which is what he needed when he wasn't having treatments. The owners had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything we needed and in close proximity to shopping and good food.

This beautiful condo served as the perfect home-base for our Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival trip. The property had plenty of room for our three generations to spread out and come together, and we all enjoyed the beautiful drive to the Barber Festival site. Having stayed in three different properties owned by the Hansens, we have come to expect excellence in all areas. Once again, they met our expectations!

The area is amazing. Nice views on the way to the neighborhood, very quiet neighborhood. The house is amazing, every detail was thought out. The only very small con was some glasses and empty lotion bottle found in one of the bedrooms. I would 1000% recommend this place to everyone and would most definitely stay again.

We rented this townhome with another baseball family and it was an excellent place to stay and cheaper than a hotel room. Beds and bedding were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Great area to stay for Birmingham baseball tournaments. Would definitely rent it again.
