We stayed here for spring break with our two grown daughters and our 16yo son and had an amazing time. The house is just as advertised - very clean, room for everyone to have their own space, activities like a pool table and board games, and of course an expansive and well furnished outdoor space. Andrew made check-in easy and was responsive to our questions. Kitchen is well stocked except for cooking oils, Saran Wrap, that kind of thing but that’s a small detail that doesn’t detract from the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful property to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Enough space to spread out and retreat to your own lovely room as needed. The kitchen has everything you need and the ping pong, pool table, and game room were a nice for when a break from the pool was needed. The property manager was very quick with communication on questions for anything and super helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful property that is exactly, if not better, than the listing. Andrew is a perfect property manager, responds quickly and very helpful. The home was sparkling clean, in good repair with little wear and tear. We were a party of four couples. The bedroom/bed arrangement couldn’t have been better. Very comfortable with good toys besides the pool, like ping pong table, putting greens, pool table and lovely hot tub. Setup very nicely for bbq, and with a clean bbq! Old Las Palmas is a great location. Highest recommendation.

The best VRBO I have ever rented. Andrew our Amazing host met us at the property and explained everything about the pool as well as some of the history of the house. The house was spotless and so beautiful, I now know why it's called the View, just know it lives up to the name. Each room is well-appointed with beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable bed and private bath. They missed nothing. The pool was heated to 86 the spa was amazing. We left a resort to come back to the house because the house had a better pool. Everything is in perfect condition, piano perfectly tuned, new ping pong table, beautiful outdoor kitchen; I could go on and on about the house and how beautiful it is. The most important thing is how much fun we had and spending time with our family; this was the perfect home in the precise location 📍 great shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. What more could you ask for? Thank you Andrew for everything. When you visit Palm Springs make time to go to a Sunday Drag Brunch, it's worth every penny and you can walk to it!! I can't wait to come back!!!!💕💕💕

This is a beautifully remodeled Palm Springs-style home in the heart of Old Las Palmas. It is an excellent location, and the home is really outstanding. Everything was extremely clean and the amenities are well-thought-out. Loved the pool and hot tub, and we enjoyed playing pool and some of the supplied games each evening. Andrew is an excellent host!

This is a house for people who appreciate mid century architecture and design. The house has wonderful views and is brilliantly located just a short walk to the design district. We enjoyed our stay enormously. Andrew is a charming host.

We had 8 adults there for a birthday weekend and the house was perfect! Andrew was great and easily accessible with any questions we had before and during our stay. The house and pool are amazing. It is exactly as it looks and the location is walking distance to so many great restaurants and stores. Can't wait to rent it again!

Just checked out after a long weekend with extended family. There were 6 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs in our party. Everyone loved the property. It was large and felt like our own compound with tons of space to spread out. Great ambiance and lots of things to do. We spent 80% of our trip at the house swimming, hanging out around the fire pit, playing pool, ping pong, and board games. Andrew was incredibly accommodating and he responded immediately when we had questions or concerns. The house was meticulously decorated with the mid century modern luxury that felt perfectly Palm Springs. The only thing that could have improved the stay would have been black out curtains in the bedrooms. It got very bright early in the morning in all the rooms facing the pool. It wasn’t a big deal for us, we just made our way to the pool at that point. But if you like to sleep in, that is one thing to consider when booking this property. I could definitely see us returning in the future.

This property has 4 king-sized beds each with its own ensuite bathroom, and spacious great room, billiards room, sunroom and enormous chefs kitchen. It is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Palm Springs!

The space is gorgeous with a generous sized pool and great overall outdoor space. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood where you feel tucked away from it all but still within walking distance to downtown. Andrew was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again!

The View at Old Las Palmas property was absolutely amazing! We went for a big birthday weekend/ girls trip and Andrew helped make our stay super smooth and memorable. If we could, my friends and I would rent that property every year and make it an annual thing. Best trip in a while!

Our group consisted of four couples wanting to get away and relax in a comfortable, luxurious and private environment. The View certainly delivered on all of these and was what we all hoped it would provide. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Wonderful home.
