We’re annual passholders to Legoland but wanted to stay close to the park for Christmas weekend. The house was everything we needed— exactly as described on the listing and in the photos. It was an unusually cold weekend but there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows to cozy up with. The shower was also nice (excellent water pressure & plenty hot). Host was available if we needed anything, friendly, and accommodating, offering us an early check-in.

We came just after a major storm and the house was in great shape considering that. They were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with! We loved how close it was to Legoland.

We had a great time on this property, location was perfect to Peppa Pig and Legoland. The owner was easily accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely come back again…

This trip (second visit) I stayed two weeks. This home is very comfortable, clean, with peaceful marine/beach themed art & decor. Very easy access, great views, lovely back patio and lovely huge horse pasture behind the property. Adrian has thought of anything a person would need while traveling, and has provided it. All cooking appliances, washer/dryer, plumbing and A/C work very well. Front & back yards are spacious and are visited by some awesome wildlife. I was visited by a beautiful pilated woodpecker feeding off one of the many gorgeous palm trees off the back porch. A flock of graceful American White ibises visited the front yard and grazed for an hour. Several types of butterflies visited flowers in the yard. Location is less than 10 minutes from Legoland, grocers, department stores, pharmacy, terrific restaurants, etc. It's the perfect home-away-from home for me. I have never stayed at a place as clean as this property. The house was well stocked with minimum supplies normally not found in a rental property. The internet is quick and there were no connectivity problems. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and I really enjoyed watching the birds and horses out the kitchen sliding door. The owner, Adrian, is delightful to deal with and prompt to respond to calls or texts. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was a great house, very clean, and perfect location! It was quiet and I felt very comfortable staying here with my mother for a long weekend. Adrian was very friendly and available. Also very happy he let us check-in a little early. You will really enjoy your stay here! My only issue....the beds were extremely firm...I wouldn't lower my score for this place because I believe that may be based on preference but if I would've been staying a week I would've had to buy a mattress topper.

Having read the reviews, I thought I would be pleased, but I was over the top thrilled with this home and owner. Every room was spotlessly clean, and each room featured ample overhead lighting and enjoyable ceiling fans. A/C and appliances all were easy to use and worked well. Kitchen cooking/serving items were thoughtfully considered and provided. The neighborhood was great. Neighbors are active and friendly, yet respectful and quiet. The amazing back yard features beautiful oak trees and a cute patio. It overlooks an expansive green horse pasture with beautiful horses. The area feels very safe! The rooms and home feel spacious due to thoughtful arrangment of furniture, wide aisles, and lovely decor. Living room is awesome with lots of comfy seating, very nice rustic and natural tables & cabinettes, a work desk and large TV. Cool coasters were provided to protect the many real wood surfaces throughout the home. The interior features many lovely earthtones, and many pleasing artworks in eclectic styles and media. And some humor! Nothing felt cramped or cluttered. Each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room also felt spacious, with lots of storage (and considerate amenities). Bathroom had several towel racks and extra decorative wall-hooks to suit a family or group. The exterior is pretty and the home is easy to see even at night (my initial arrival was at 2am). A feature that is sometimes not present at other venues, is the ability to roll your suitcases from your vehicle on the paved driveway to the front door, which makes moving in and out so easy. The owner assisted quickly without judgement when I lost/misplaced the keys, and I will be forever greatful. I already plan to return!

Wir waren 9 Tage in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Terrasse konnte man gut die Eichhörnchen im Garten und die Pferde auf der Weide beobachten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut gut eingerichtet.

Nice neighborhood, very clean, host was quick to respond. Only improvement would be additional cookware. If you are planning on having meals in bring what you will need to prepare.

This was the perfect location and size property for my family of three to visit Legoland. Communication with the host was excellent! Legoland and other attractions are only around 5 to 10 minutes away and we will definitely consider booking with Adrian again should we revisit this area in the future. Thanks Again, Adrian!

The house was nice and clean. It had the basic things needed. It had no bells and whistles or nothing extremely fancy, but it was what we needed. Some minor details could have made our stay a bit more pleasant. Overall, It was good.
