The hotel was beautiful and our studio was perfect place to stay, with a kitchenette. Nice and clean, super comfortable.

This studio is not fabulous due to being dirty. Stained carpet & carpet in front of bed uneven. The interior windows dirty with past finger marks & grime. The couch is worn out & very uncomfortable to sit on & relax. The coffee table is huge with no footrest. The furniture is old & dirty, Found dirty underwear in drawer when we went to unpack our things. The bed moves & rattles when I repositioned. Suncadia Resort not up to standard

The room was so clean and there was everything that we needed! Our hosts were so quick to answer all of our questions and were just so kind. We had an amazing stay and the food recommendations they gave were so good! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, comfortable room, and excellent customer service throughout the resort.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo at Suncadia. It had everything we needed and located on a quiet end of the resort. It’s located in the 4th floor and is a journey from the elevator. When we checked in we got a tip from the bell man to park in the Spa parking lot (take Big Hill road before you get to the lodge) and park on the side o the lodge. We then entered in the stairwell and just went up 2 flights. MUCH EASIER and quicker than going through the main lobby and elevator route. We appreciated the kitchenette, kurig and nice size mini fridge. Only suggestion would be a drying rack for dishes :). We also appreciated the binder with info (one possible updat is the location of the garbage drop, go past room 4062 then it’s on your right) It was so nice to have to windows open, shades open and allow lots of natural light in. We had deer right outside our window. This does not have a view of the river but honestly we didn’t mind. We just enjoyed our forested view. Suncadia: property level of service was not quite up to snuff but that is NOT reflected on the owner of this condo. The condo is great! I would advise passing up restaurants on property and go to Swiftwaters and the Roslyn Hispanic restaurant (you won’t be sorry!) We would most definitely stay here again! This unit was clean and perfect for our three night visit. We have come to Suncadia every summer for over five years and usually stay in a house with our family, but this year, since families have grown. We did the lodge. The only glitch was not the fault of the unit owners, it was a technical issue with the door and the key cards. Upon getting the key cards and trying them at the door, we discovered the lock mechanism was faulty, there was no power coming to the lock. It did not turn either green or red. Called the front desk and they told us to wait there for engineering. They did not come after about 30 minutes so we decided to leave our bags at the bell desk while we waited and went to hang out with our family at the house. It was 4:45pm or so when we left the lodge. They said they would call us when it was fixed. We waited for four hours before calling the front desk to see if it was resolved. They aid that it got fixed about 8:00, but forgot to call us. So we went back to check in. By this time it was about 9:30pm. They gave us a $150 credit for the inconvenience. The next day, two units down we saw another couple checking in and they were sitting in the hall with their luggage. Key cards not working. Hopefully they did not have to wait long. But the room itself was great. Snacks were a nice touch along with Keurig with plenty of coffee. The kitchen was extremely clean. A great unit once the room lock issue was resolved, and we would stay again.

I was impressed with how quiet the room was. It came with all the basic necessities and was comfortable. The resort is stunning and has many activities to keep everyone entertained.

I enjoyed staying at Suncadia and at this property. I wish that the unit had been stocked with decaf coffee and coffee creamer, otherwise everything was great.

Wonderful

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. For such a large lodge the pool is tiny and gets crowded and loud.

This is a beautiful property. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Every age group was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table, the large living space, inside and out as well as the neighborhood. All with responsive management.

Our room was everything we needed and more for our stay at Suncadia. The host added nice touches that made our stay extra special. Would love to come back and stay again!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfy and the wecolme bottle of wine was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we might possibly need. The 4th floor view of beautiful trees out of the window was lovely. The location at the end of a long hallway meant a few more steps to get there but a much quieter setting. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay!

Lovely room at a destination location!

This is a beautiful area with lots of available activities. It is a great get away for outdoor adventures. Plus good food and wine.

Being a senior I was surprised by location of the room long walk on 4th floor only 1 set of elevators, only in the middle I was at the end of the the Hall. On my check out both elevators were not working! I had to go down the stairs without any help. It was stressful. As far as the room I liked it very much. Thank you

The place was perfect for our family of 3. Owners were very responsive & thoughtful with small touches of trial mix, mints, wine, etc. Enjoyed having a small galley kitchen to prep & cook small meals. Would book this unit in the future.

Great couple days of relaxation. The check in was seamless at the front desk, including a bottle of champagne from the host to celebrate anniversary :) Great communication with with host and property. Room was clean and just as described. Little touches from the trail mix and wine to the great coffee pods and tea. The view is simple but relaxing with the trees topped with snow. Suncadia never disappoints and I will stay in this unit again. Thank you so much!

We booked this trip for our late, small honeymoon/my birthday weekend. Love the resort & so glad this place was available for the weekend. Very clean & stocked with dishes as it has a small kitchenette which is great! The snow really topped it all off! Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Had never stayed at Suncadia before even though only a couple of hours away. So glad we stayed this year! This unit is in the lodge, which is beautiful! We stayed mid-week so hardy anyone else was around - awesome! Great unit and wonderful hosts. We were left wanting nothing. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights! Arrived early due to snow storms and found our room cleaned and really to go. The view of the trees with snow falling was enchanting. Bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room including a nice bottle of red wine! We will stay there again.

Suncadia offers the nice, easy getaway from the city. The room was exactly as described and the owners were very friendly. The property is great and gives the amenities of the hotel with the sanctuary of the outdoors.
