Easy going, friendly owner with responsive property manager. Comfortable house with all the amenities! We completely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We came to La Quinta for a girls’ weekend getaway. This house was perfect for our group of 6 women - bright, airy, tons of space, and nicely decorated. Loved the outdoor space as well - fantastic seating, pool and hot tub. Would have given it 4 stars except the Spa was not operating through Alexa as was intended. Any time we wanted to use the spa, we had to text the house manager, who was prompt. Main issue was that the spa turned off every 90 minutes so we’d have to message them again to turn it on. Also, only the spa or the pool can be heated at a given time. We ended up using the spa mostly. Overall, we had a great weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful extended weekend stay in this very comfortable and clean home. We were only there for three nights, but left feeling like we were there for a week. So relaxing!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the best time! The house looks even better in person and the location can't be beat. The views from the pool overlooking the golf course and the mountains are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely safe and well kept. Both Chuck and Laura were extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We really appreciated Laura checking in over text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend - we hope to come back and stay in the future!

Our stay at Chuck's home was nothing short of amazing. From the time we checked-in to the morning we left, Laura the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Chuck, the owner, even went out of his way to call us and show us how to turn on the awesome outdoor fireplace - talk about going above and beyond to make our stay perfect! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary so my parents, my sister, brother-in-law and my baby nephew came to join us for the weekend - the house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space, we had family dinners around the large kitchen table, watched the masters on the TV outside on the outdoor TV, all while swimming and enjoying the sun from morning til night. We truly had the best time and after waiting two years to take a vacation, we couldn't be more glad that we chose this house to stay at. Many thanks to Chuck and Laura for their thoughtfulness and sharing their beautiful home (and Tesla charger!) with us - can't wait to return!

This house was perfect for what we were looking for in the desert. A place in PGA West for a golf trip is the only way to go. The house is awesome, great lay out and extremely spacious! Highly recommend staying here.

No one met us upon our arrival and showed 3 hrs later; Outside pool area was filthy with large umbrella broken and laying across deck; wind was calm day we arrived; Inside villa carpet was filthy and would not stay there; hair and dirt in master tub; we stayed at property for 10 days and did not have property mgr or housekeeper see us during stay.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in the middle of paradise! The house was very clean. The pool was so much fun and the view was unparalleled. We used the hot tub and pool all day long and enjoyed the pool deck lounge chairs soaking up the sun. The house had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful to interact with and very responsive. Thank you for opening up your home to us; we greatly enjoyed our stay!!!

Property was as described. Great location. Only thing is you apparently have to be super white which can be tough. The landscaping was beautiful and our twin daughters and their friends loved the pool time. Next time it will have to be longer for sure. Nothing like the desert!

Great home and great time

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It is spacious and was very comfortable for our group of 3 couples. It has 3 bedrooms in the 'main house' and a casita with 2 queens and a full bathroom that is steps from the front door (with code locks so very easy and doesn't feel too separate). Two of the main house bedrooms have a full bathroom nearby. The 3rd bedroom in the main house has a half bath just across the main hallway, so would need to share the 2nd BR bathroom for showers. Not a huge deal but if you had 4 couples it's something to plan for. The kitchen was fantastic-- fully, fully stocked and has pretty much anything you need for cooking. We rotated meals and made full meals each night and always found what we needed for cooking (I had brought some items in case they didn't have but I shouldn't have bothered, it is stocked). They also have some nice touch extras and all the basics-- it's not a house where they leave half a roll of toilet paper and you're running out to get the simplest things, which is awesome. I did notice a couple of very minor maintenance items (like towel bar that had fallen off) but nothing significant at all. Very clean and very well kept up overall. Also hot tub and pool were awesome. You can tell Alexa to 'heat hot tub' and it's ready at 103F in like 15 minutes-- very quick. We would 100% stay again & send thanks to Chuck and Laura for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and spacious. We loved using the heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for cooking. Beautiful views! We will definitely return.

The house was perfect for our group of 9 women. We spent most of our time out by the pool/hot tub, enjoying lovely views of the mountains. Layout of the house was great for a large group. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. One friend is already booked to return!

My friends of 30+ years and I had a wonderful stay at the property. It had everything we needed- pool, hot tub, plenty of rooms and bathrooms and just a short drive away from restaurants and shopping. Communication check in were seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Though we stayed for a very short time, we had a relaxing and peaceful experience with our family. The property is very clean and spacious, specially the master bedroom and the living room area including the kitchen and it was extremely quiet during our stay which we loved. There were a few minor issues that some might not like and need to know before booking. The two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom are not close to each other at all. One bedroom is right next to the main entrance and in order for those guests to use the bathroom, they have to cross the hall, pass the garage and laundry room, enter the 2nd bedroom (which can be inconvenient if there are people there) and share the bath. There is a powder room right across the 1st bedroom for all to use but does not have shower/bath facilities. Also the pingpong table was covered with a thick layer of dust and dirt and unusable, despite being covered. We mentioned this to the manager and she replied that was expected in the desert area but left it at that. Also the place needs hand towels (only one in the master bathroom. Not even in the laundry room). Other than these, it’s a well equipped place with all amenities and extremely clean and comfortable specially the sofas. Temperature easily adjusted by a turn of a knob. Laura, the manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we recommend the place for those who need a relaxing time.

We wanted a relaxing getaway for my bachelorette party and this house did not disappoint. Check in was a breeze and we were floating in the pool with drinks in hand in no time. The house was spacious enough for the 8 girls there, the beds were like sleeping in a cloud and the location was top notch. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Enjoyed stay with family, property manager was very attentive to our needs.

Our stay was terrific. We especially loved the salt water pool. It was around 110 degrees, so we could only be outside in the morning. Could have used more UV umbrellas around the pool. Too hot to play ping pong, so we stayed inside and played pool and poker with the awesome pro poker set provided. More plastic cups/rocks type glasses for around the pool would be great, but other than that, the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The view was unbeatable!!! My grandson asked if we could buy the property!!!

It’s very spacious the bed are so comfortable and rooms have so much space the kitchen and family room are so big. Back yard and pool are just perfect. Laura and Mr Colby are the best host.
