The ocean view was amazing! Having the heated pool was nice.

We had a lovely time here. It was one of our favorite condos we have been to and would absolutely rent again if we return to the area. The views from the patio are great. The condo is very clean, beds/pillows are very comfortable. It was really nice to have beach chairs/toys available to borrow. Our kids loved the huge bathtubs. Waterscape is very clean. The beach is close and the pools are wonderful. It would be nice if they heated all of the pools in the cooler months.

The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners were available to answer any questions, in a timely manner. The beach and pool access were very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived to property and was described very accurately. Very nice upon arrival and met our expectations! Property has everything you could want and was in the immediate area of everything! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect and so clean. Check in could not have been easier. We were on the second floor and taking the stairs was a breeze. When we did take the elevators checking in and out they were a breeze also. Our grandchildren loved the pools. Our view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Everything was exactly as we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Communication from the booking, preparing/packing and the actual stay were easy and super helpful! And the property as a whole was our favorite we've ever stayed at! From the family friendly pools and actives, to the ideal location, we were 100% happy with our stay! We'll definitely be back!

Weather was terrible this week but the condo was excellent. It was clean, big, comfortable and very well set up. We will def be back.

We had an amazing trip with our son! The condo was beautiful and had wonderful ocean and pool views. We came down for a baseball tournament for our 9 year old and several of the team families stayed at Waterscape. The on-site Tiki Hut, pools, and hot tubs were all fantastic! Our condo had everything we needed and lots of information beforehand so that we knew what to expect. Beds slept great and the location was just perfect! Will definitely consider this place again!

Great view! Perfect condo for the beach! I would highly recommend this place. It’s so convenient for children especially! Love that they provided beach chairs and a beach wagon too! That helped tremendously!

This condo is perfect. There’s a clear view to the beach and the ocean from each room, so you can see dolphins in the mornings, ocean waves during the day, and sunsets in the evenings. The location is also perfect - easy access to the pools and the beach, and it conveniently is equipped with 4 chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and a cart that’s easy to drive on the sand. We loved our stay!

Our family had a wonderful spring break at Waterscape A202! The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed. Chris and Kendra were prompt when answering questions! Great experience and would definitely stay again!

This Waterscape condo rental was perfect in every way. Very clean, spacious, close to pool activities, parking was easy, great communication with owner and very relaxing for the holiday week. Our family had a great time in warmer weather (visiting from Ohio). The hot tub and heated pool were the spot to be. Restaurants are close by and was very easy for us to navigate around the area. We definitely want to visit again!

Our little one really enjoyed the bunkbeds there. That was the first time he got to stay in his big boy bed on his own when we were on vacation and he loved it! We enjoyed being able to use the beach toys as well.

My family and I have been coming to FL for years for summer vacations. Over the years, we have stayed @ numerous condos. This was hands down our best experience. We had an amazing view of the ocean, the condo was clean, easy access to the ocean and pool, and a painless check in & check-out process. My family and I loved the family friendly environment and enjoyed the different themed nights (glow night, fireworks, movie night @ the pool). Additionally, Kendra had amazing communication throughout the booking process and ensured we had all needed information and was easy to reach if we needed anything. I would highly recommend booking A202 you will not be disappointed.

The condo itself was really nice. It was clean and the beds were super comfy! The view is one of the best on the property. We loved hanging out on the patio (the furniture was perfect). You have a great view of the ocean but also you can see some of the pool area. It was perfect for our family (mom, dad, grandma, son 13, daughter 11, son 7). We loved all the ceiling fans in all the areas. Everything inside the condo was very clean and well-maintained.

We stayed in this condo for a week. We could not have asked for better!! The cleanliness, the view, the condo size and decor, the list could go on! It is quite a walk to get to the room from anywhere you can park but I’ll take it for the beautiful view we had at the end of the beach side. Kitchen is well stocked. Appliances were good. Beds are amazing. There were a ton of beach toys and chairs on the balcony, even an umbrella and 2 beach wagons. I HIGHLY recommend this condo if you are traveling to the area. Kendra, the host, is also very friendly and easy to contact.

The condo was super cute and the location was the best part! I would highly recommend staying here, the only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 stars is because the dryer was not usable while in the condo. It made a very loud screeching noise that could be heard in the hallway outside. That was a huge bummer but it really limited using the dryer and you have to wash towels quite frequently. Kendra said they are in the process of replacing it, so once that happens the condo will be the perfect place for your vacation!!

The property was perfect for our needs. Very convenient to beach, pool and parking. Owner was very easy to communicate with and also quick responding. Location great for beach and restaurants.

This property was everything stated and more we had hoped for our 2 yo granddaughter’s first beach trip. Parking was plentiful and allowed easy access to the unit. And there was room enough on the first level to leave on the car top carrier. Check-in was simple. The unit was spotless, roomy, and very well equipped. Two bedrooms with their own en suite and balcony access made it easy to share with two couples. The adorable bunk bed alcove was a real treat for a two year old. Adults or big kids could easily sleep here. A door/curtain might be a nice addition to this area. We did not use the fold out couch. If I had known all that was there for children, we could have not packed several things…pack and play, beach shade tent, sand toys, games, even a surprise Bubble Guppy doll in the deck box! Rather than renting, we used the provided beach umbrella and chairs. A little extra work but the beach cart made transportation easier. The beach has full ramp access. If you’re not there for the kids, you may not care for this place as the facility is a kids water heaven. Our 2 yo loved the zero entrance pool and the toddlers splash park. There were “big kids fun areas as well as hot tubs and quieter tucked away full sized pool. With a two yo we ate-in most meals in the well equipped kitchen. Publix is within a couple miles. There are at least two delicious restaurants across the road and a board walk just a short walk up the beach with several restaurants and shops. Our 2 yo made the short walk across the street to the ice cream and putt putt business. She gave the experience a thumbs up. We did not go, but there is also some sort of ocean animal experience a short walk up the beach. This units location gave beautiful ocean views, and the second floor level made travel to the pool and beach easy. I would definitely recommend this place for families with children, and if you want grandparents, sharing is easy! Loved it and will definitely use again.

This is our favorite condo at waterscape. We have stayed several times and it never disappoints. So clean! Fun games for rainy days and fully stocked kitchen. Also, all smart tvs so great for kids and movie nights. Love renting with Kendra! She is great with communication and truly cares about her clients. Looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing property and a great host! Condo was gorgeous and very clean. Property was also well maintained with each morning people out cleaning and working on the beach and pool areas including the grills. Kendra was super fast with answering any questions. Everything we needed at the condo. Great beach cart and chairs as well as toys. There was a pack n play, iron and laundry hamper as well. There were good family games and several fun books for all ages. Beach was beautiful 2-3 ft of water very clear for a while made me feel safe with kids. As there aren’t a ton of floors we never had to wait long for an elevator. Also plenty of luggage carts. We didn’t have to go looking for one or wait. There is one heated pool which we used a lot since the weather was in the 70’s most of the week. Beach was a bit crowded but we went spring break week so we were expecting that. We brought our own canopy and set it up first thing in the morning so we were right on the water and the beach never felt crowded to us but I think if you waited until late you may have had some people in front of you. Beach service was super helpful and even helped us pull our wagons a time or two although we didn’t rent from them. Pools were amazing but because it was cooler we mostly used the heated one. Overall beautiful facilities with a great manager who was quick to answer any questions and keep the place well stocked and clean. I highly recommend staying here!!

I normally do not leave reviews, but this condo was wonderful! Let's start with how clean it was- as soon as you walked in, you could smell the cleanliness. The views- BREATHTAKING! Plenty of space, views, perfect location in the resort, condo unit had everything you needed! We will be back!

We have stayed at Waterscape before in a different unit. 202A was wonderful, clean, and provided all you could want for a short stay. My wife enjoyed the decor. Great stay all around.

We had a great family vacation at this property! Would highly recommend for others.
