Very pleasent would like to stay hear again

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this location! Our group of 5 were very comfortable and would highly recommend to others given how close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown OC.

Great Vacation! Perfect Location 💛

Very nice and spacious. Convenient location. It is nice having a garage. The carpets and hvac vents could use a cleaning, but not a deal breaker. We will be back.

This house is perfect except it smelled like must on the first bottom floor. Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! The kitchen. Was very well stocked! The pool is 4 feet deep, small but great for a quick swim or kid hang out spot!

Overall our stay was amazing. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use. Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected. Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house. The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside. WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that. Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years.

Great location

Property was great! Easy walking distance to a lot of things. We enjoyed our stay and will look into using this property again when we visit OC again.

The place was awesome and great for 6 adults and 2 children. Will definitely come back.

House was everything they said it would be. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in the condition of the property I paid a cleaning fee and it was still filthy Light bulbs were out, fan not working stove disgusting dent in Refrigerator I can go on, Tv wasn’t working. As it turned out we paid an administrative fee as well as the VRBO fee I have used your services in the past and didn’t have this disappointing experience

My family of 10 loved this unit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. There was plenty of space to play games, eat together, and watching tv together and separate. The pool was a BIG hit with the kids. The cleaning of the unit could have been better. We found trash and food under beds and sofa and sand on the sofa. But we did a quick cleaning and were good to go.

Lots of space and a great location! Two car garage is a big plus for 7th street. They need to fix their bed size guide, to say a king and two queens sheets, not full. We had to go to Roses to buy two queen sets. The kids bunk room was a real hit!

Loved that we could go right to rental property and didn’t have to stop at rental agent first. The house was spacious and perfect for a family get away.

The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the middle level has a half bath, balcony, and plenty of living/kitchen space to eat a meal with the family. The third level has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a shower in the bathroom and a water closet. All fixtures and electronics were in working order. The pool may be small, but it was kept clean and was great for a cool off while cooking on the grill. We were all very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention...senior week is a thing here in Ocean City. We did not know that and spent the week surrounded by teens. Most were respectful, but some obnoxious. We had our recent graduate with us, so we weren't uncomfortable, and the week was relatively quiet, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

However, we were never notified that the pool is not maintained after Labor Day. Hot hot week and a completely green nasty pool. Then while we were staying there, a company came and did construction work on the pool. So we had the driveway blocked - it was bike week and we needed the garage to get the bikes - as well as workers in the back without any notification. The cleaning company does not do a good job Dirt, food and huge dust balls all over the family room floor and under the couch. Kitchen counters were sticky upon arrival. There was no dishwasher soap or dish soap at all. And empty toilet paper in bathrooms.

The property started off negative a bit as the parking lot was full of large trucks checking in, and we also had a large truck. We could not get our vehicles in the lot for about 40 minutes until other guests could move their vehicles. Large Pickup trucks do not fit into the garage, and there is no designated parking other than the garage. We had to park our pickup truck 10 blocks away as no other street spots available (we had electric scooters so not too bad) . The kids room had some debris / food left between bunk beds. And, the pool looks much smaller than on the phots on the site. Now, that all said, we loved the property. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The number of bedrooms and baths were really convenient as no other 4 bedrooms around. We actually felt more at home at this townhouse property than the typical high rise condo. And, the small pool size was 12 x 18 feet, which was perfect size after a long day in the sun. If we return to ocean city, we would highly consider this property. It felt like home instead of like an apartment. Just remember if you have a large pickup, you won’t fit in the garage and will need to find street parking somewhere. Perfectly located - stop at Pickles Pub for late night entertainment - 1/2 block away. Very nice stay. Thank you!

Great location, very responsive owners and all around great time

This property was spacious, close to attractions and the beach and bay. The only thing I would rate low is the cleanliness of the cleaning service. There was crumbs and food under every bed and piece of furniture. The property manager was great to work with and answered any and all questions we had. I’d book this property and stay again.
