Fourth or fifth year in a Suncadia rental. The Elk House by far the nicest. Number one is location. Quite dead end street. Home was gorgeous, very welcoming with tree, music playing… all warm. Could not have been better equipped. All the small details that count when you need them. Truly appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you for sharing.

Excellent location. Walk to Swiftwater Cellars and Lodge. There is a property development behind the house, which was a surprise as the photos don't show this. House is extremely clean and well stocked with lots of luxury touches.

Absolutely loved this home and would highly recommend to others! The home is incredibly well maintained and included so many extras that made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I know that post-COVID rentals are still being cautious with sharable items, but we really appreciated simply things like stocking coffee, cream, cooking oil, and basic spices. Additionally, the home contained every pan, plate, storage containers, etc. that made everything so easy for us. We had our 16 year old son and dog with us, but the home could comfortably hold more than one family. We loved the ping pong table, bikes, and hot tub. There is also a great park nearby with an off leash dog area, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, soccer fields, and volleyball. We really enjoyed the winery and learned that the winery and Stovehouse are dog friendly. Also took our dog to Dru Bru in Cle Elum. There is only one bathroom on the upper floor where most of the beds are located, but there is a huge master bath that could easily be shared as well as a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Beds were super comfy and all bed and bathrooms were well appointed (soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot them). This was definitely one of the best homes we have rented and would gladly return to on our next trip to Suncadia.

WOW what an amazing house for a weekend getaway for our 2 families. Everything was fabulous, so clean, fully stoked and very comfortable! Excellent communication by the managers.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Elk House this past weekend. Beth was a great hostess and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed for check-in. The house is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Stocked with lots of nice extras (like toothbrushes!). My kids loved the bunk room and the XBox was a surprise / special treat. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was well stocked & had everything you would need plus little extras such as toothbrushes, etc. Great communication with the owner as well! Really enjoyed how cozy it was for our Holiday getaway!

My husband and I had our daughter and a few friends up to Suncadia for her 16th bday. We all had a great time cooking, hiking, biking, playing in the game room and just hanging out. The house was so comfortable and perfectly appointed. The house has everything you could ever need! It was just ideal.

We rented this house as a way to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house is amazing! They have something for everyone (dogs, kids and adults), the location is perfect for walking to the park, golf and dinner and the owners couldn’t be nicer. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked property! Kids loved the bunk room, boxes of Legos, and activities in the garage. Great covered deck, fire pit, and hot tub. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Elk House! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We saw lots of wild life and enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. It was the perfect house for 3 families with 2 small boys! We will definitely be back!

Spent the weekend celebrating a bride to be. The location was beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for and more. We spend our time enjoying all that Suncadia has to offer including using the spa, wine tasting, bike riding, and the activities at Nelson farm. The owners were super communicable and very easy to work with. It was such a serene and wonderful place. Could not recommended more!

The Elk House was perfect for our two families with young kids. It is well equipped with anything you might need and the garage is filled with fun activities and gear to enjoy both the house and surrounding parks. It is within walking distance of playgrounds and Swiftwater Cellars. The beds are super comfortable and it even has a remote work station. We hope to come back and enjoy the summer months at this home!

Two family get away with kids that was just magical. The house had everything we needed and we had such fun. A wonderful trip full of snow, laughs, visits from elk and deer, relaxing in the hot tub and just a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Overall excellent.

We rented this house for my bachelorette and it was the perfect, chill weekend! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hot tub and fire pit were a wonderful addition!! I would definitely come back!

Beth is the most gracious host- quickly responsive, so helpful and thoughtful. We were blown away by her attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need is perfectly labeled - toiletries, dry goods, kitchen appliances and even an impressive collection of dog bowls suitable for any sized dog. She even left us a mini s'mores kit for the fire pit. The property itself is so clean and comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Thank you Beth for a great weekend!

Our original stay dates were cancelled as I-90 was closed to all traffic for several days due to snow! We were able to work out an agreed upon future date with Beth the owner. She was so accommodating and gracious, she made the changes seamlessly. We were originally going to celebrate my granddaughters 8th birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary. My granddaughter was very disappointed that the original trip was rescheduled. Beth was gracious enough to leave a birthday card and small gift for my granddaughter that she found when we entered the Elk House. Our stay was better than could be imagined. The pictures on line don't do the house justice, it is gorgeous! We enjoyed the large living area and gourmet kitchen and found everything we needed in the house. The recreation area in the garage was a huge bonus and the hot tub in the snow was decadent. We enjoyed our early morning coffee watching the sun come up through the pines overlooking the golf course, what a setting. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable, I'm not sure what they could improve on. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Elk House and plan to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely comforatable, clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. It's the little touches that Beth does for this property that really made our stay even better. The location was perfect - walking distance for everything, even in the snow. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will very likely look into renting it again.

Rental was cozy and spacious. We loved the hot tub and fireplace. Coffee in the morning at the outdoor bbq was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed a d the host was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Beth was fantastic to work with. She promptly responded to my questions and made accommodations for us to check in early. We enjoyed the dart game, basketball game and the hot tub! The house was cozy and very well stocked for all our cooking needs. We enjoyed the beautiful view as we drank coffee in the morning on the deck. We loved how close it was to Swiftwater.
