Clean and ideal location for ferry port

Really good location for those who are traveling, being located right next to the port / ferries. Everything you might need for 1-2 nights.

Beautiful clean well ordered everything you could want. Volos tavernas and front just round the corner and vibrant and chic. Volos shops brightly lit and traffic buzzing.

Floor 4 is accurate if you can fit into the lift but walking by stairs you need to go up another level.

Very convenient place equipped with everything you may need.

I liked that the check in was easy and quick. The nearby port parking is not too expensive and very close. Also the location is great if you want to be near the city center and the ouzeri restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, and recently renovated. Security door was a plus.

The room was very nice once we got inside, but the apartment building in overall made me hesitant to go inside at first. The fact that the downstairs door remains open for most of the day, and the fact that the building entrance is not well-lit at night, gave off an unsafe vibe. The elevator is small and old and could not fit two adults with one suitcase. I was also concerned by the bad smell of the entrance. The rest of the building has offices, and we were unlucky in the respect that in the morning the office next door was making maintenance chores and therefore making a lot of noise, waking us up bright and early at 8 AM. Still, the room has a reinforced security door so we felt safe after getting inside and locking the door. The entrance may not be something that the host can influence, but it is a matter of concern for guests.

I chose this place because it was modern and easily accessible from the stations. The seafront location was a nice bonus. You can take a walk along the quay, all the way to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was light. I liked the fact that there was complimentary water as well as tea/coffee, and an elevator. The instructions sent by the staff were very clear and their response time was instant.

I had no issues but some guests may find traffic noise scooters bothersome (they are very loud) but it is a very central apartment.

Was everything perfect , very clean and easy access to all location , I will come back .

It was super super clean. The host thought everything, even the small things like make up remover. The place had two Coffee makers. The location is amazing with a Port and sea View of beautiful volos

The property is perfect for a couple of nights in Volos, particularly good if getting the ferry to one of the islands, as it is a 2 min walk to the port entrance. The property was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it for a couple. It is very close to restaurants, bars and the centre of Volos, as well as the Promenade, which is immediately in front of the apartment. Parking can be an issue as on-street parking is very busy but we parked in a multi-storey car park, around a 5-min walk from the apartment, which cost €35 for 5 days.

The shower only had a partial glass screen with an enclosed tray around 3"/75mm high, meaning that water tended to spray into the bathroom and onto the floor, which is a pain; there was a mop and bucket in the bathroom, but who wants to start doing that when on holiday!

One improvement could be made to the bed, when one person turns, the other one is ecperincing

We really missed a blanket; it was a relatively cold night for September. The good thing was that the air conditioning was suitable for heat

Very clean place, located in the port

No hot water. It was a pit stop for us in our travel and a shower was really what we were hoping for. We didn't get hot water so therefore the rating and disappointment

Although small, it had all the needed functionality - we received a 4th floor room (with elevator), new, comfortable bed, small well equipped kitchen (we cooked a great dinner), nice bathroom with shower The small things - many hooks to hang towels, hand lotion, mop, decorations, small armchair, counter with high chairs to have your meals - all these were made with a carefull thinking. Excellent location We have corresponded with the owner via the booking.com messages and although had a lot of questions, we always received answers immediately We enjoyed very much (stayed 2 nights). Very good value for money.
