Clean room and friendly staff.

Pillows on bed too flat. Small parking garage.

Being new, clean, not crowded, staff was knowledgeable. I would return if it was a little cheaper. Need free coffee and better breakfast menu.

Price, pretty steep for what you get! Hot water at 4 am is not running in the showers. Being charged a parking fee and I did not even bring or drive a car!

Staff was unprofessional and confused how to handle everything from checking to restaurant on site. They all need better training. Not customer service oriented. Lights were turned off at the eating area which looked very unprofessional. I am a Bonvoy member. This was the worst Marriott stay I have had. We decided not to eat at the on site restaurant for breakfast because we waited so long to get to front of line to order. Our stay was 6/6-6/8.

We were visiting the UW Medical Center and this was close to that.

Finding the lobby to check in was a problem. The front door on the street is a bus stop so you can park there ... you have to access the building, if driving, via an alleyway to a lower level and then a screened garage door opens, but there is nothing to tell you that that is the entry ... it could have been a private parking garage. There is a sign on the street that says its a Courtyard but nothing that says "Lobby This Way." We ended up; driving around the block a few times trying to find how to get into the building. Eventually, we figured it out ... I called the front desk and was put on a "quick" hold, for 8 minutes and then found the way in by ourselves, unloaded bags and walked up to the lobby with my phone on hold when they answered as we were getting off the elevator. Frustrating end to a long day of driving.

Very quiet. We had a room next to the elevator and we didn’t hear it at all. Comfortable beds.

A television didn’t work. Think it just needed to be plugged in because the light bar didn’t work either. Couldn’t find the plug in. Light next to the bed was unplugged also, but with some contortionist moves I was able to get it to work.
