The condo and views were beautiful and exactly as described. Pool is still under construction. FYI luggage trolleys/carts are located in the garage (We didn't find this out until day 2). We absolutely would stay here again. Thank you Eric.

Our family of 6 stayed here. It was very spacious for our whole family. Super clean and the communication with the owner was great! He got back to us immediately when we had questions and resolved an issue we ran into with VRBO. I love that the master bedroom door opens up to the deck so you can crack the door open at night and listen to the waves. The only thing better would have been a better view of the ocean! Our friends stayed in another unit and had a beautiful direct view of the water. I would definitely stay here again though. Beautiful place!

We've rented in this building before. Very well kept up and love the covered parking. The condo was well stocked and clean. Best part was ower/property manager. He got back quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend

Loved the condo! Plenty of space for us. Was a little bummed about the pool and hot tub being under construction. We probably wouldn’t have used it anyway because of the weather. Overall a great experience!!

Condo was great, just as described! Clean and plenty of room for us all. Lots of beach towels and supplies there to enjoy on the beach, considering we flew and couldn’t bring ourselves. Only complaint was we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to hurricane damage but, hopefully it’ll be repaired soon. Overall we had a great time and made great memories!

Great location. More quiet area than the boardwalk, which is about 2 miles away. Very clean and comfortable condominium.

My mom celebrated her 70th. Enjoyed herself very much as well as rest of us. That fact she was able to have easy excess to beach etc really made big difference. In fact we hope to make this a yearly location. Condo was very clean and organized lots of room to move with all adults in same areas.

Unbelievable, can’t say enough about the condo, slept like a baby and thoroughly relaxed everyday. Honestly I couldn’t suggest one think to improve our stay and we look forward to the next time.

Great condo with lots of room in a great building in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the available beach equipment and towels, the washer and dryer, the labeled kitchen drawers and hand soap! It’s the little things:) We didn’t even miss the pool because the kids learned how to play pool. We will stay here again in the future. Thanks to Eric for answering our questions.

This was my first time reserving a VRBO property, and unfortunately, the bar has been set extremely high for any and all future trips. This property is stunning. Plenty of space for our big family. Clean and so cozy! We didn’t hardly need anything other than our food. The view is beautiful! We could see all the way to the speedway, overlooking bridges, water, and the ocean. Had great views of sunrise and sunset! The security of the building was also a massive peace of mind with children. We had easy access to the beach, and the building was great shade in the afternoon. The entire facility was wonderful and friendly. Mr Eric Butler has obviously put a lot of care and work into his rental and he deserves way more than 5 stars! 100/10 would recommend his place! Hoping we can visit again in the future!

We were in town for a triathlon and needed a space for multiple athletes, close to Daytona Speedway. This place was super spacious for our group to spread out and relax during our 6 day stay. Being close to the airport, shopping, dining and directly on the beach made it ideal! The owner was fabulous to work with, and answered any questions we had promptly. The unit was clean, good view of the ocean, comfortable beds, and had a well stocked kitchen with appliances/dishes. Also loved having a washer and dryer with athletes staying here. Because of the hurricane, the pool is temporary closed due to damage ( pretty much the same for everyone up and down the beach) Sad to see destruction, but it didn’t take away from the trip. The owner had tons of beach chairs, towels, balls, etc and we enjoy relaxing by the water. We also met some nice people at the complex and always felt safe. Very secure building and parking garage. Highly recommend this unit for many reasons!

We had a great trip. Eric was amazing host. During our trip, there was some hurricane damage to the properties access to the beach. We simply used the street / public access. Tip - a key in a drawer for the gate from the pool to street. We didn't know what this key was for until our last day. Beds were comfy and everything we needed!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The unit is just as described in the listing. The condo is very clean and spacious. All of the beds were very comfortable. Elevators are quick and we didn’t have to wait long when trying to go down to the beach. Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back !!!

This property had everything we could have wanted for a family vacation! The condo was clean and well supplied. The location was absolutely perfect! The building is beachfront with a very accessible ramp to the sand. Parking is a little tricky in the second, first come spot, but overall our stay was delightful!

Eric the owner was awesome. The check in process was a breeze. Everything was on the table in the room when we arrived. Definitely hope to stay in this condo next year
