We loved the layout of the condo, the number of beds and baths was perfect.

We had a wonderfully time. Love this condo.

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

The location of this unit in the building is perfect to not have to use the elevator and it's right next to the doors for the parking garage and the stairs. We found that very convenient. The unit could use some detail cleaning/maintenance, but was fine overall. We do wish the bunk room had a ceiling fan or floor fan to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this unit to anyone.

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! A couple of needed items to help make it cleaner/ready would have been a unit broom (no way to sweep up sand!), light bulbs needing to be changed out in couple of the bathrooms, and middle room’s screen door wasn’t working properly. Also the smaller shower head in largest master bathroom was broken. Overall we had a really wonderful time!

Nice property would rent again however unit needs more silverware and sharp knives. Down side was morning dumpster unloading woke up our entire group between 4:30 and 5:30 in the a.m.

Everything was great. We had our family from 1 year old to 50’s and it was nice for all of us. Didn’t love paying for parking but at least they had space for all 3 of our cars. Loved walking up 1 flight of stairs to our room. No dealing with elevators.

Location was great and pool and staff were on it. Felt very safe and secure. Grounds always being maintained. Would definitely return

We love the location. The condo was fairly clean. “We all have our own clean standards.” Beds were Comfortable, loved balcony. We ate in most of the time and had plenty of space. Beach access was good. Garbage pick up may Wake you up in the mornings, garage parking can be interesting. Spaces are a little tight. But we were at the beach and would definitely stay here again.

The place was very spacious for a large group. The slide was broken until the last day. The trash comes at about 4 am every day. They are very noisy and are right next to all of the bedrooms. Our family of 16 tries to do a spring break at the beach each year. The biggest issue is finding some place we can all be together or close. This year only 12 of us could go and the condo at Phoenix West was perfect. Three bedrooms for the three adult couples, a bunk room for the kids, and a sofa sleeper for any of the kids that wanted their own space. The living room/ kitchen area gave everyone plenty of individual space. The dining room table allowed game, eating, and puzzle building accommodations. Rest rooms, washer/dryer, utility, closets, and pantry was more than adequate for our needs. Finally the balcony, pool, and beach were awesome for use and access. We would definitely go back here again.

I liked being on the second floor. However I did not like being woke up every morning by 6:30 by the garbage and trucks right below us. This condo is directly over where the trash is picked up and they pick it up early every day. The batteries in the bedroom remote were dead. The floors were dirty. The master shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There is a very aggravating sound coming from the bathroom in the room with the bunk beds. My daughters feet were nasty after walking on them. We needed this get a way but wasn’t impressed with this unit. This was the worst experience we have had at a Phoenix property.
