Easy to find and park and nice area.

Cob webs from the ceiling of the room. Freezing cold. No supplementary heating available. Had to sleep in my clothes. No breakfast available.

Location is perfect. 2 miles from Norwich city centre and close to Earlham park. Orlando was a great host. Very polite and helpful

Host was a nice fellow and welcoming breakfast good though he'd run out of eggs but gave extra sausages and toast so made up for it

Toilet outside of room but to be fair it was the only room available so couldn't be helped

Location was excellent for me, going to a concert at the UEA.

The place itself also operates as a takeaway 🤔. When I went to ask a question to the owner about something , I was accosted by several delivery drivers asking if I worked there. All very strange. Anyway, I digress, the owner was in the kitchen preparing food to go out, and when I asked him to assist him with a matter, he said I should wait for 10 minutes whilst he was busy. Now he wasn't there on his own, but I have never stayed somewhere where I have been asked to wait as a patron, whilst a takeaway meal is tended too. He could have put this in the oven to help me out and the recipient would have been none the wiser, but no - not here.
