Eighteen of us stayed at Magnolia Retreat and it was great. Just a golf cart ride to the beach. Seventeenth time this group has rented a home together and this was one of the good ones

Could not wait to get there and hated to leave. What a great house. Four of our golfers had their wives and all had King Suites. This house has it all. The pictures you see are what you get. Will be back next year for sure. Ladies, 3 blocks to the beach. Men, less than 2 miles to 4 of the best golf courses anywhere.

The trip was a Huge success! Had the entire family, children and grandchildren there. Kitchen has everything you need for meals. Access to the beach was simple with both Car and Golf Cart. We would definitely do it again.

The property was beautiful and equipped with lots of games and entertainment. This was our first annual 1st cousins trip and it was amazing. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, not far from the beach and restaurants. The property manager supplied us with lots of information needed to enjoy our trip beforehand. The check in and out process was simple and easy. I highly recommend.

The Magnolia Retreat was amazing. The owners/managers thought of every minute detail, down to ensuring there was charcoal available for the green egg smoker. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially when the weather was less than desirable. There was always something for the kids to do. The Magnolia Retreat will definitely be on our list of places to rent in the future.

We stayed with other families over Spring break and everything about this house was excellent! Very spacious and plenty of room for four families. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Communication with the owners/property management was above expectations. Had an issue with the golf cart which was unfortunate, but quickly resolved. Some areas and furniture are starting to show some wear and tear, but I guess that is to be expected with rental units like these. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Went here with four other families in the fall. I had just hurt my ankle and the main level bedroom was only option for me. It was perfect for me and my wife and very comfortable. I did manage to tour the entire home once and I can tell you this was probably the nicest property we have stayed at over the years in terms of condition, amenities, supplies, location, etc. We had a total of 12 people at the house and at no time did anyone feel cramped. Oh, and the property manager came by to check on our stay a couple of times to see if we needed anything. While the property is a few blocks from the beach, the 6-person cart was perfect to shuttle my gimpy butt to the beach. I cannot speak to the other units in this complex but the owners of this property obviously take very good care of the house for their guests.

I had the pleasure to stay at Magnolia Retreat in September along with three other families. The house is absolutely pristine and really added to our beach trip. Every room was beautifully decorated with no details overlooked. The layout of the house is welcoming, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is the heart of this home. Appliances were brand new, and the huge island was our usual gathering place. Cabinets was fully stocked, so if you decide to eat-in - all cook wear and kitchen supplies were easy to find and in great condition. The refrigerator is large and able to hold plenty of food for multiple families. I am super picky when it comes to beds and my sleep, and Magnolia Retreat's beds were super comfortable. I slept fantastic every night of our stay. Bedding and linens were clean and plentiful. And the fact that every bedroom has it's own bathroom was SUPER convenient when traveling with other families. There is so much space available for groups to gather and hang out, as well as separate spaces for kids to have their own retreat. We spent many mornings enjoying our coffee from our private deck before dealing with the kids! We loved having the golf cart to quickly get to the beach, even though many times we walked since it was a short stroll. The cart was great to drop off chairs, umbrella's and heavier items, and was large enough to fit 6 people. We enjoyed having the pool conveniently across the way to wind down after a fun day. I would recommend staying at Magnolia Retreat to young families, couples and family reunions. The location is great with lots of restaurants close by, and you simply cannot find a nicer beach. I cannot wait for our next trip. Thank you for renting such a beautiful home to enjoy!

This home is gorgeous! The owners did not skimp on their home decor. Our large extended family had so much space for everyone. I love that every bedroom had a spacious full bathroom. The included golf cart was helpful for bringing coolers, chairs, and children to the beach. The beach is close enough to walk for others that enjoy a stroll. The beaches here are beautiful! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. Even their maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. We did not have any issues at all. Next time we're back in Destin, we will definitely be renting this home again!

I stayed at Magnolia Retreat this past weekend (Thur-Mon) with 4 other women and what a wonderful time we all had vacationing here. The house was neat, spotless, and had all of the little extras necessary to make for a relaxing getaway for us. I would highly recommend staying here as the hosts were responsive and extremely accomodating. 5 stars!!!

Could not have asked for a more beautiful place to spend my bachelorette party at with my 20 friends. The house was clean and amazing, the beds were comfortable and the decor was so beautiful. It was close to the pool and the beach. The people at Destin Dreamers were amazing to work with and were always there when we needed them. I will definitely come back.

The location is wonderful,the neighborhood and beach/pool access are fantastic. The house layout was wonderful for our family we had plenty of room we had 13 people the house sleeps 22!Love Love the home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the site. Will definitely book with Destin Dreamers again when we come back next year..

Just a note. The golf cart struggled at times. Fully charged but slow. Also, hesitated multiple times to move forward. Had to bump switch several times and it finally triggered to move.

This home was so comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. A short walk to the beach. Loved every minute of staying here.

Thank you so much for your services while we stayed at Magnolia!!. The house was well equipped with all we needed for a crowd of 21. Also, there was plenty space for everyone. The boys enjoyed the pool table the most, plenty games to have fun. The golf cart was a plus. We had a couple of issues with the car, but they were fixed immediately. My only suggestion will be to change the cover of the sofa in the living, but that didn't stop us from enjoying this great house. Also We left a couple of things at the house, and nobody have contacted us to follow up on this. I know this is our responsibility, but at least as a courtesy would be nice to say we looked after those things. Thank you for allowing us to had such a great time in such a great house.... we will be back for sure! Vilma

We LOVED our stay at the Magnolia Retreat. It was immaculate, within walking distance to the beach and shopping, and well-equipped. It was also decorated beautifully. The game room was a ton of fun and there was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably enjoy all of the common rooms. We also enjoyed spending time on the balconies with TV! I slept so well - the beds are SO comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with the management company and we all enjoyed their welcome treats. We can't wait to visit again!

We had three families come down from Atlanta for fall break and we stayed at Magnolia Retreat. All I can say is WOW!! This home has it all, 7 bedrooms and 4 king master bedrooms and multiple game rooms, it can accommodate large groups or family reunions. All 7 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was so nice! The furnishings were top notch and it had all the little details that you would only expect to have in your primary home. Ray met us upon arrival and brought us a nice welcome gift and made sure we had everything we needed. A couple days in to the stay one of the TV remotes needed new batteries so we called Destin Dreamers. They brought us new batteries and a few additional extras within one hour of calling! The 6 person golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and transport all of our beach gear. My son loved the big tires and especially the horn! We loved everything about this home and can't wait to come back.

I stayed at the Magnolia Retreat this past October with several of my high school girlfriends and it was nothing short of magical. To start, the unit is incredibly appointed, right out of Chip and Joanna's own TV show. It was super close to the beach within working distance which made heading to the beach to lay out (with the golf cart, chairs and umbrella provided by the unit), take a walk on the beautifully manicured path or an early morning run, easy. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable, each with our own bathrooms! We loved hanging on the various decks and having a cocktail before heading out for the night. One of the days we decided to check out the community pool which was awesome. Its super close so we could run back to the house if/when we wanted snacks, and the overhang and tables gave plenty of options for taking a break from the sun, playing card games, watching the TVs and more. Can't say enough about this place except perhaps I wish I lived in it full time! I will be back for sure!

This house was super beautiful! We came here for me and my husband's birthday weekend and the house had everything we needed including entertainment. Everyone was in such awe about how beautiful the hoe was. The house was super clean. It was such a great getaway and would definitely recommend. We will be definitely booking with destin dreamers in the future!

This property was beautiful. The host allowed us to check in early after housekeeping was finished. JayTen was our host and he came by to check on our group with a bottle of wine for a gift. They were very responsive and answered quickly when we had questions. Our group had a pool party and BBQ at the community's pool and wveryone was friendly. I would say the only thing we missed was a private pool, so our next stay would be on of the properties that have a pool. Will we definitely be back and would recommend this property Every-time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You guys rock!!

This property totally exceeded our expectations! We were extremely pleased with absolutely everything. The property was extremely clean and very well taken care of. The description of the property was 100% accurate. And the management staff was superb!

Four generations of our family enjoyed our time at "The Magnolia" residence. Sleeping rooms were delightful, the little ones really enjoyed the bunk beds. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate many "cooks" working on separate projects at the same time. The weather was warm for December which was a real plus for all of us.

First let me start by saying I booked this house for my beach destination wedding. From the beginning entrance into the retreat I was in awwww at the updated modern feel. The house was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos advertised. The golf cart was a plus and was my first time driving one which was so much fun. The master sweet on the third floor with the balcony view made me (the bride) feel like a true queen haha. The only cons were that there was a bold dark stain on the living room couch upon arrival. Thank you so much Destin Dreamers for making my wedding stay one to remember.
