This property was just what we needed. Only 40mins awsy from home in a lovely seaside setting. Minutes to walk to shops and beach. Very clean, everything you need in kitchen. Great deck. Good communication with owner. Best thing was very little non carpeted area , as one of our dogs wont walk on polished floors and the like. Goid fencing for dogs too.Loved our stay here. Would recommend!

This is our second stay at this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. The house is perfect for families. The beach and shops are all within walking distance and my grandkids just love everything about staying there. Thanks again Tracy you are the best host .

We had a lovely time at Rosebud Delight! The house was very clean and well maintained and we found everything we needed for a great stay for 6 - Mom and Dad, two adult children and their partners. The little town of Rosebud was fun to explore and the house well positioned and very private. Tracy was a great host and responded to communications quickly and efficiently. We spent a lot of time on the back porch playing cards and having meals together. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Beautiful home, close to shops, beach and pier. It met all our needs perfectly. The host was wonderful - leaving a treat for our family and responding quickly when we had a question. Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach, fruit and veg shop, butcher, supermarket and coffee shops. Family and pet friendly. Plenty of space for the kids to play. Trampoline and toys for younger kids and games room/pool table for older kids. The beach caddy came in handy when walking tk the beach.

The house was immaculate, and suited our family of 6 perfectly. The house was clean, spacious and appeared exactly how it is listed. The out door area was perfect for us, and is great to sit under on a nice day.

We just had a lovely relaxing week at Rosebud Delight and it was fantastic, from booking the property and the communication to the amazing location and quality of the home. Meals on the back deck overlooking the mountains was beautiful. Everything in the home you could need and more! We will be back!

If you’re looking for a nice quiet neighborhood but walk distance to the Rosebud hub, you won’t go wrong with this home. Quaint and tastefully decorated. Good size for family and friends.

Friendly and welcoming well equipped a home away from home. We were disappointed that the BBQ was unusable someone had not bothered to clean it. The filters for the range hood are dripping fat. A fire hazard. Cookware not in good shape. This is meant as constructive feedback. Should the opportunity present we would be happy to return.

We had a great stay at Rosebud Delight. Warm and cosy despite the patchy weather. Really comfortable beds, great showers and well-appointed kitchen. Also great to have different areas to sit out in garden/decking to catch the sun! Great place to stay on the Peninsula, close to everything. Plenty to entertain children and space for dogs to explore the garden.

The property was well presented and all amenities were available as specified on the website. The house was clean and tidy and well decorated and furnished. The house is a pleasant holiday spot for all ages including our pet dog. We loved the time we spent in this beach house and will be booking it again for our next holiday.

Where do I start! This house is located in a perfect position, short walk to the shops and beach. Nice quiet area that felt safe for all of us including the kids and dogs. The house itself is amazing. It was so clean, smelt amazing, so spacious, warm, cosy and homely. It was very kid and pet friendly. We stayed for a week and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shed/games room was so much fun and the kids loved going for a stroll in the cart (so much so that they fell asleep in there along the way haha). Tracy was amazing and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going great and hat there was nothing else we needed - communication was 100%. I can’t recommend this place enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We spent 8 days in the gorgeous homely cottage. We arrived to a wonderfully clean and surprisingly large house in a fantastic location. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The owner Tracy is lovely and very attentive, checking in throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable, with a very tidy yard. You can tell that the house has been well looked after. There were no cobwebs anywhere, not even outside. Felt safe from the creepy crawlies. There is a great games room in the shed, which also has a tv, so you can watch the footy while playing billiards or ping pong… We had some fun in there!!! Although my son is an adult, there is plentiful for kids, including a big trampoline and ample of indoor and outdoor toys to use. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and 10 mins to the Pier. This was our first time in Rosebud, we normally stay closer to Portsea, however we loved it. We are already planning on coming back to this lovely house. I would recommend the place to everyone, no matter their age.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, tidy, comfortable and the kids always had something fun to do. Thank you very much Tracy for making it so easy for us. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in March 2022. The street was peaceful and close enough to the beach and shops. Beds were comfortable and it was lovely to watch the moon rise over the mountain from the deck. Coffee and cake at the Pier Cafe was great. The dogs were happy to spend time in the yard and in the house with us and enjoyed being on the deck in the sun and taking walks along the beach.

Loved our stay and will be back for sure! Perfect location, nice and close to beach and shops. House is gorgeous and very homely, nicely renovated. Kids loved the yard, trampoline and shed with pool and table tennis. Kept them amused when we were home. Yard was fantastic for our dog. Fully enclosed and plenty of room for him to run around, was able to leave him home while we were out without worrying he’d get out, nice high fences. Fully enclosed dog park around the corner was the fantastic! Tracy was the best host we’ve ever experienced, fabulous communication and just a lovely person. Very helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to go back.

Tracy, the house host made everything so easy and was excellent to communicate with before and during our stay. The house itself is absolutely lovely, in a nice quiet area that’s super close to everything you could possibly need. My family stayed here for a week, and it was the perfect getaway house that we could truly relax in. Thanks Tracy for making it an easy stay. We will be back.

Had a lot of fun

This is a great place to stay, with children. There is plenty for all ages, and the house has a warm and friendly feel about it. It’s in a great position from the main shopping centre. Tracy is a fantastic host, and we will be back again soon. Julie
