Location overlooking the archaeological site

Everything quite basic, many local men sitting in the bar in the evening and all smoking was terrible since that stink came up to my room

cigarette smoke permeated the lobby area. Other than the Sufetula ruins there is not much in the area to see. maybe worth one night stay at best.

I was very impressed with this gem of a hotel! The hotel is in a great location, I can see the ruins from my balcony! Parking was super easy, the reception was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I don't know french or Arabic but they managed to find someone to help us in English. We checked in around noon, didn't expect to be able to get into that early (but we did), we really we're just hoping to grab some lunch. Well, it would seem they don't normally offer lunch, but instead of saying no- they whipped up a delicious and hearty portioned salad, chicken with fries and fruit for dessert. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. I was surprised by the large tub and took a glorious bath after wondering around the ruins. The dinner buffet was absolutely delicious! They had all sorts of fresh salads, plenty of hot options, and several cakes / fruit. Breakfast had croissants, bread, jams, porridge (?), Coffee/ tea olives harissa etc. The manager clearly works hard, and remembered us even though they had a largish group in house. I really don't understand why this hotel gets so many low reviews. Sure there were people smoking in the lobby, but the rooms were smoke free. The value and service was unbeatable. My only regret was not having time to use that beautiful pool.

bad smell in corridor and in rooms

i come there the day of my wedding we don’t expect that there’s no welcoming reception even in room bad smell in the room coming from the wc breakfast more than poor the reason that can’t push us to extend and change to another hotel

Nice view from the balcony, pretty close to Sbeitla archaelogical site, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice pool, interesting guests!

Only buffet for dinner, TV had only Arabic channels, building and interior pretty oldschool, no deckchairs next to the pool, bright lights in the garden all night (so no sitting on the balcony and watching stars)...

The position and the hospitality have been good. The room is clean. There is also a pool but we didn't use it.

Nothing to indicate. The hotel is 3 stars. The ratio quality/price is good.

Good rooms with a view of the ruins and a nice pool, very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed the patio looking over the ruins.

Staff was very helpful. Close to the Roman archeological site. The bar is a good place to sit for drinks of any kind. Free and ample parking.

The rooms had a slight musty odor. One of the ceiling lights in the bathroom was out.

Everything was awful. The room was tiny for three persons (we booked a room for three persons with seating room and a sofa) of course there was no sofa. There were hairs everywhere in the room and the bedsheets weren't clean. The towels were dirty and had stains on them. The room was dark with only one working light bulb. The breakfast was meager, a cup of instant coffee that you had to make your own, a small yogurt and two small slices of stale cake. We asked for bread and they brought us 5 tiny slices of a stale baguette. I strongly recommend to everyone not to visit that place ever!!!

Rooms were a little faded but clean enough and comfortable

The shower was really hot, free breakfast was nice, room was warm in winter.

It was in need of a bit of TLC. Mould above the shower, many dirty marks on the walls, lampshades were burnt etc

Beautiful location, superior rooms with balcony overlooking the archeological site. Very friendly staff and attentive management. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Advance payment made check in and check out easy and quick. All necessary amenities (parking area, hot water, heating, aircon, wifi, bar, etc) are available. The swimming pool area seems very nice, although we could not use it because it was winter time!

Decoration in the rooms could be a bit more cozy.
