The apartment is nice. Well equipped & clean. It's by the beach with direct access. Location also easy to find food.

Probably the staff should be more attentive. Quite slow response.

The location and the facilities of location was awesome. The room was good.

1. The room wasnt ready when we checked in. We have to wait for cleaners for 30 minutes to clear the roon when we arrived. 2. The plates and cup was not properly washed. 3. The dinin table cloth was not replace by cleaners. Other than the above, the room was good.

The place is comfy, comes together with washing machine and dryer. Seaview, provides futon.

Short check in process however still need to wait around 30 minutes Deposit of rm150

Lots of facilities in the apartment. Helpful host.

Distance from the city, communal facilities were run down and neglected. The building was somewhat deserted and abandoned feeling.

The view is stunning from our apartment.

The room was great,clean and make my stay comfortable . Both check in and check out was simple and easy.

the pool the beach even the staff are all helpful from the guard to the pool staff

1- feel cheated it stated 1 double bed & 1 single bed in 1 room & 1 double bed in another room😒 2- arrived to have only 2 double bed & a mattress in the closet that look n smell bad 3- after enquiry was told oh only 1 double bed & 1 mattress. a caretaker came and gave a Toto mattress☹️ 4- the next day had to bring my son who slept on the mattress to a clinic due to bite by bed bug and all body & face get swollen & he to be given an injection check-out day my daughter also get the same bed bug in the master room ☹️😠

Nice location and the unit was facing a sea view

The unit space is not big enough as it is too full with unnecessary furniture. Should keep the internal deco simple.

wasn’t informed about the power supply so we spent a good 20 minutes wondering what’s wrong (need to switch on at the main switch board. readers, you’re welcome). broken bidet handle, dysfunctional drying racks (2), hair dryer can’t be plugged in cause there’s no international adapter, laundry soap was not refilled. I guess since it’s a serviced apartment, the owner may not know about all this small yet prominent details.
