No need to hook a whale watching your, just sit on the patio and watch the show. This condo is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We had a great stay.

Our family had a great time staying at this property. There was enough space for 5 people- 4 adults, 1 kid. The grounds are beautiful and we can see the sunset from the living room. We can also see whales here and there. My husband enjoyed playing golf at Kapalua. We are considering staying here again on our next trip to Maui in a few months.

Amazing home to stay. We stayed here 9 nights and it wasn't long enough. KBM was fantastic to work with and Maui was awesome as always.

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family and the location was stunning.

We found this unit available last minute and boy did it have a nice view. Beautifully landscaped fairways all around you, the often whitecap covered ocean out front and even a full rainbow after an afternoon of rain. We had every type of weather during our stay in the villas at Kapalua, which made the covered parking nice even if it was a few sets of stairs from the keyless entrance. This was our 3rd vrbo in just over 2 weeks on the island so comparatively speaking it was the least stocked although it's advertisement claimed to know what travelers need and want. It said it would accommodate 6, but there were only 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, maybe 5 bath towels and when our confirmation came through only at that point it was noted that the sofa sleeper mattress was mostly suited for small children and we had 5 adults. Krisy with property management worked with us and we were able to make a twin roll away work. The bathrooms were pretty spacious but we did find it odd that the master bedroom was at the back of the unit, furthest away from the view and any well lit windows. The new full size washer and dryer were nice, but they were behind the door of the master bathroom, so those two doors were constantly conflicting with each other. There was a lot of tile in there and could really use some strategically placed rugs. We tried to sit on the patio each night, but that set is not designed to eat or play cards at or for the shorter (5'3" ish) person - maybe it would work if you wanted to sunbathe? The pool was just a short jaunt down the hill from the unit and much to my surprise it had a nice set up for someone wanting to host friends or gather BUT no working bathroom??? I went there twice with my son and there is a big seamingling permanent sign in the area where the bathroom should be that it is closed. Did I mention you have to hike a hill to get back to the unit? Having said all that, we loved our time on Maui, the unit was comfortable and I hope the more detailed description prepares you with what to expect, it was definitely reasonably priced. Much Aloha!

As a family group of 6 incl. 2 small children, we found the condo worked really well. There was ample space, and the kitchen was well appointed for family meals. Aircon, wifi and TV all worked well. The beach chairs, toys etc were all clean and new. We particularly enjoyed the spacious dual shower in the master suite (cleans 2 kids at once!), the extended deck, the western view (great sunsets) and proximity to Pool C. It was a short walk to the Kapalua and Napili beaches, beach walking trails as well as the Honolua store for groceries and quick meals. We recommend this condo for family groups!
