The location, really close to the beach. Shirt drive to Sumner.

It’s not in Monte Carlo

The room was clean and had everything required for a short stay. Communal kitchenette area for heating food and making tea/coffee. Ample off road parking for all guests. Unbeatable value for money.

30 minute drive from city center, so keep that in mind if you're in Christchurch for city exploring. No wardrobe to hang clothes.

Zimmer waren groß genug mit eigenem Kühlschrank und auch einen kleinem Tisch mit Stühlen. Die Badezimmer waren immer sauber und die Küche (wenn auch ohne Herd) reichte vollkommen aus, da Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle für das wichtigste vorhanden waren. Die Vermieterin war auch wirklich super freundlich.

Die Lage war etwas außerhalb von Christchurch, dennoch mit dem Bus recht gut erreichbar.

The owner was really friendly. The room was big and clean, toilet was fantastic.

I did not like being ripped off for my money and also didn't like that it's says when you book pay when you get there in the email and because it was not me I never went

Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed my 4 nights there. Mary who looks after the place is a lovely lady. 10/10 for the price.

I love room 4 and the living room. Great hot shower, wifi, bed. I liked very much to have a little fridge in the room and amenities like code, drinking chocolate and tea. Mary was super kind.

Well, when I read about a kitchenette, I assumed I would be able to cook my food but it was manageable for a short stay 😊.

Our host was lovely, and the property was a good price.

Kitchen very crampt being a laundry as well. Guest toilet and shower inside front door tiny and hard to get at the basin when cleaning teeth because of cabinet above the basin .

The room that I booked and paid for was not available when I turned up to use it. I was in the middle of travelling up the country and needed to take a break overnight due to recent health issues. I was forced to continue my journey without the break that I had planned for and desperately needed.

It was quiet. Other guests were all considerate. It was very clean. Hosts were very pleasant.

Only the fact it was a little further away from facilities ie cafe, hotel etc than I anticipated.

Amazing host, very nice and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable, the shared bathrooms and kitchen were good too ☺️

The kitchenette could be more furnished, with a stove maybe so we could cook a little bit. Otherwise nothing to say!

Very comfortable bed, very clean and very quiet. Homely atmosphere. Friendly welcome. Mary is a great host. :)
