Clean and tidy - rooms are cleaned every day (replacement of towels and bed linen). Very good location - especially for people who want to visit Unesco sites located in this part of the island of Samos. Very friendly staff - all the Ladies were always smiling and helpful (especially Sandra, Annerieke and Judith). Wi-Fi connection very good - even on the second floor. Private beach with free sun loungers. Breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is quiet and peaceful - a perfect place to relax. Very good air conditioning in the room. You can get to Pitagorio by taxi for 8 euros - a fixed fee (there is a taxi rank close to the hotel) - or on foot - it takes about 30 minutes, but I do not recommend it in hot weather. Across the street there is a mini market open until late - the store is very well equipped. I would recommend this warm, friendly and professionally run hotel to anyone planning to visit the island of Samos. Annerieke and Sandra made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much :)

Old-fashioned wardrobe - non-functional. Breakfast is the same every day - it should be more varied, because it is especially important for people who, like me, spend 2 weeks in the hotel. I really didn't like the fact that some hotel guests occupied the sunbeds with towels from the early morning hours

Location was perfect, hotel was silent and there was a private beach with comfortable sunbeds. Staff, especially Judith, were very kind and hospitable. It was very nice to watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

Breakfast could be better if there were different types of cheese and if there was a better coffee machine. The facility in the room was very old.

It is a lovely hotel by the sea with a private beach and facilities. The view from our room was stunning, and it was nice to sleep with the sound of the waves at night. The hotel was satisfactorily clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The furnishing, the bathroom and the systems are pretty old. The Wi-Fi connection did not work properly.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this wonderful facility, and everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The location was incredible, with the sea literally on our doorstep. The beach, sunbeds, and crystal-clear, mostly shallow waters with a sandy bottom were especially delightful for the children. The proximity to the taxi station and Samos' most beautiful spot, Pythagorion, was a major plus. The buffet breakfast offered more than enough choices, and the housekeeping services were consistently excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the daily fresh towels and regularly changed bed sheets, which made our family holiday incredibly comfortable. To reach Pythagorion, it was a pleasant 30-minute walk along a flat route, but if needed, a taxi ride was also available for a fixed 8 Euros one way in the summer of 2023. While the facility did not provide beverages or snacks after 10:30, we found a convenient solution just opposite the reception: a mini market that offered all our needs, including daily fresh sandwiches and salads, with slightly higher prices than the regular central market. For larger shopping, central Pythagorion's big supermarkets were generally open until midnight, allowing for budget-friendly purchases on our way back to the hotel after an evening in Pythagorion. The staff was highly friendly, informative, and helpful in all aspects, including minor requests and issues, such as car rental or organizing alternative trips like boat excursions. We enthusiastically recommend this warm, friendly, and professionally run hotel to anyone planning to visit Samos. Annerieke, Sandra, Judith, and the hardworking housekeeping staff made our stay even more pleasant. We sincerely thank you all.

Wifi connection quality might better be improved in certain areas of the hotel, however being disconnected from the world for a while might be a very good contribution to a real holiday unless you dont have any urgent issues online ;)

Very warm welcome when we arrived. They were helpful with everything. Hotel is very clean, silent and peacefull. It is a good advantage to has own beach.

Building is a bit old. Therefore some water utility problems were occurred. But somehow we handled it. No problem.

Room was a little small,not much room.for 2ppl. The hotel right on the beach, very clean & good breakfast.Staff very friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of.

The staff was friendly, hospitable and helpful. Especially, Judith helped us too much. The hotel was close to everything what we needed but at the same time it was very silent. The beach was perfect.

In my opinion, there were two problems the hotel should solve urgently. Firstly, wifi connection was terrible. It was very disturbing while we were at the beach and could not connect to the internet. Secondly, the beds were uncomfortable, like stones. We could not sleep well thus could not relax in our holiday. In addition to these, the coffee machine was very old. I think the guests deserve better coffees to drink while watching the amazing sightseeing.

The hotel was spotless, the staff wonderful, the location was unbeatable with sunbeds right in front of the terrace on the private beach. It was a pleasant 30 min walk to town but there are some lovely beach bars along the way. Quiet, incredible views, a lovely place to unwind!

we love the location. the staff are friendly and the room is clean. the included breakfast is a perfect start to a day on the beach.

this is more about preference rather than something wrong. the beds are firm. a bit too firm for me. but I recognise that is just my preference. remember you are not in a 5 star luxury. this is our second time here because we love the location and staff.

Most things where ok considering the price but the room had simple standard, and the wardrobe didnt give a fresh impression. The interial design was not updated/not so much cared of. The upside is the great location directly by the sea

It's on the beach so the view is amazing. The staff was very nice and friendly as well - helped us to rent a car in literally 5 min.

The beds and the pillows are not that comfortable. Also, the room was a bit dark and cold.

Everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly kind and polite. Even before I arrived they'd answered my endless questions with patience and were extremely helpful with everything (renting a car, booking trips, calling a taxi, to name but a few). They even gave my friend a present when they learned it was her birthday:) The hotel itself is situated just by the beach, so it takes a few steps to enjoy bathing and sunbathing. The room was comfortable, with a fridge, kettle, cups and AC and the greatest thing was a balcony with a sea view where you can sit and enjoy the sound of the sea. I truly recommend this place!!!

The property is quiet and in its original status. However, very well loved, maintained and looked after. The staff and management are exceptionally friendly and lovely. Their sunbeds are literally on the waterfront. No complaints when it comes to their breakfast selection and their overall hospitable attitudes. They are very accommodating when I asked for a late, late checkout.

Wifi is very weak or non existent outside the main lobby area. Make sure to bring your own beach towel and shampoo.

Amazing terrace, looking straight onto the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price I was pleasantly surprised overall.

The room was a little dated although still nice. No sun on balcony until about 4pm. The turn on both flights of stairs had no handrail. No ground floor single rooms.

The hotel’s location is very good. It has its own private beach. The breakfast is very basic. No fresh squezed juice at breakfast. No fruits. Especially in a country like Greece where tasty, fresh fruit is in abundance and at low cost. Only one type of low quality cheese was available at breakfast. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Our room was close to the reception and breakfast area. You wake up while the staff are preparing the breakfast in a very noisy way, laughing etc. People at reception are also not quite considerate to the fact that there are rooms close to them and might be sleeping or resting. There is internet but very very poor connection. You can hardly connect.
