The location was perfect for being at 2024 Snowdown in Durango. Everything as advertised. Super clean and we loved the arcade game!

It was the perfect base to explore the towns of Silverton and Ouray and mountain hikes. But, the best feature was the location...just 3-10 minutes walk to the best restaurants and shopping. The condo was just perfect for three couples. The proximity to the train, downtown, restaurants and walking trails could not be better. At first we did find the different door codes confusing, but we quickly adapted. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Great place and we would stay there again.

Wonderful stay- loved the property and Durango!

The condo was well stocked and very clean. It was also handy for our family activities and restaurants.

Clean, great location, accurate description of physical structure, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It was a plus to have your own two designated parking spaces in the basement. The only snag was poor instruction regarding code for the elevator ( which was not given till after our arrival and multiple phone calls) very confusing. I would still definitely recommend but be sure you get clear instruction on code for both apartment and elevator..

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was excellent and met our needs exceptionally. The openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen created the perfect environment for us to host the bride and groom and grooms parents for dinner one night before the big wedding festivities began later in the week. The week was magical - thank you!

Overall Good. However, the living room couch and chair should either be professionally cleaned or replaced.

We were in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops and just enough off the main strip so we didn’t hear any street noise. The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for the 3 of us; a well stocked kitchen, games table, nice fireplace and big screen TV. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Durango and needing a home away from home vibe.

What a wonderful place! Loved everything about this Condo. The location is primo – walking distance to the Durango & Silverton train station, and lots of downtown restaurants and stores. (Michel’s Corner Crepes and Jean Pierre Bakery very close and highly recommended!) Also easy walking distance to River Walk, grocery store, etc. The space was as described – a luxury condo, worked great for two couples. The primary suite is huge, along with the en suite bathroom and the large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom was smaller but nice, and a short walk down the hall to second bathroom. The second guest bedroom is on the other side of the condo, so a walk through the living area to get to the second bathroom. Probably renovating our closets after living with this well thought out closet system! It was very well equipped with all the kitchen items – lots of plates, glasses, cookware, blender, coffee-maker, etc. It was well-stocked with all the basic supplies for getting started. We appreciated the extra touches – the full soft-soap dispensers in both bathrooms (re-fillable, so saving some plastic). We had a chance to turn on the gas fireplace briefly a couple of evenings when it got cool – nice touch. Highly recommend this place, and will be our go-to next trip to Durango.

Clean, well appointed property

Cute, very clean condo that was very well equipped (much better than average) in a perfect location. It was hard to get cool enough at night so several in our party didn't get much sleep, a couple of burners on the stove wouldn't lite and there was no wifi. The property management company couldn't get it fixed and my husband had to be able to work so we left more than 24 hours early to get him home where he could have an internet connection for work so it was a bit of a bummer but the time that we did spend in Durango was a lot of fun.

Excellent location Responsive host

We were without air conditioning when we arrived. It was quite hot and uncomfortable. Three staff members got maintenance there the very next morning! Incredible and timely response was deeply appreciated! Thank you Andy, Erika and Cindy. We would come back in a heart beat!
