Our stay was wonderful, we had plenty of space, home was clean. Beautiful view and we had a great time. The only thing was that there was no place close to rent a boat or sea-doo that was kind of the only downside.

This house was the cleanest, guest ready home. Plenty of room and comfortable. The deck was perfect for conversation and with gates in front of the stairs to keep toddlers roped in. Pretty quite cove for kayaking or lounging in the lake. Fishing was decent considering the weather didn’t cooperate with us. This will be the house for us. Looking forward to next year. Highly recommend.

This house is perfect for our little family, we had plenty of room, house has some beautiful views. We enjoyed our time there. This vacation rental offered options to canoe, paddle board, paddle boat and swim, we enjoyed fishing, has some great lil fishing areas off the dock, caught crappy, bluegill, catfish and seen turtles, etc. We seen deer, a cardinal, and wonderful scenery. It was quiet, peaceful and a nice get away. Thank you.

This was a family getaway for us, we made wonderful memories in this comfortable house. We loved the comfortable beds, the well stocked kitchen with newer appliances and the three updated bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the AC worked great! The house was true to the photos, and even better in person as the owners filled it with many considerate features for the enjoyment and comfort of their guests. Would happily stay here again.

Great house, great place to stay on the lake in the cove. Great fishing, great amenities and was a quiet lil family vacation. Neighbors were friendly and the stay was amazing. Close to everything, plenty of wildlife to enjoy and photograph. Overall, hands down would definitely stay here again. Easy to find, communication with everyone was fast and simple, no issues at all. This house provided enough room for everyone. Thank you.

My family went down for an extended weekend. The house was nicely stocked, very clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults and our 4-legged family members. Spacious deck was nice to sit and enjoy the weather.

Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Good swimming for everyone.

Great time - awesome home and all the amenities that you need to enjoy the lake and the surrounding area - house was well kept and the little things helped add to the experience - paddle boat, kayaks, floaties all made the trip great - looking forwar to next year already!

Down side, expected to start laundry and dishwasher and take out trash, seemed odd considering we had to pay a cleaning fee.

From the minute you walk in the door, you feel the families love in this property. They greeted us with a popcorn treat, card and decorated for Christmas. The house was fully stocked, updated and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. From 96 to 21 Mo, and our dog. The views and decks were a bonus too. My son in laws Mother even caught 5 fish off the boat house deck. The Owners Marcia Hiller Jett and Sue Hiller Horner were wonderful to work with and represented everything to the tee. And the Welcome letter was appreciated with everything we needed to know. We loved the Hiller Haus and I'm sure we will gather there again!

This "Hiller Haus" was perfect for our family vacation. We wanted a place that could accommodate all ages plus allow the 3 family dogs to come along. The home has a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking inside as well as a barbeque grill outside. We were all able to sit and enjoy meals together because of 2 dining tables and seating for 10 both inside and outside. When bedtime rolled around we had plenty of beds to sleep in along with adequate bed linens and pillows. The private dock offered fishing, paddle boating, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding fun for everyone. The granddaughters enjoyed learning to kayak and paddle board. Truly a perfect, fun, enjoyable vacation for our family!!!

We had an amazing time at the Hiller Haus. It felt like we were staying at a family friend’s cabin. Every detail had been thought out which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We hope to return again soon!

SO MANY wonderful things to say about this property! Accommodations were perfect for our family, location was probably one of the BEST areas I've ever stayed in. Absolutely loved the cove we were in, great for swimming off dock or going in a little further and anchoring boat for the afternoon. Endless amenities available both inside and out. We made GREAT use of the Kayak's, Stand Up Paddle, Paddle Boat, Canoe...and dock was perfect for fishing off of. Made use of firepit with smores night, and the views from balcony are so calming & peaceful. Because we knew we would be spending most of our time at the house, we brought more than enough food, had I known ALL the kitchen supplies, utensils and condiments we needed (and then some) would be accessible, I would not have brought so much from my own home. Super cozy and cutely decorated, everyone will be fighting for the master bedroom/bath...GREAT sunrise/sunset view! My grandkids (10, 6, 4) are already planning their next visit because they had the time of their life!!!

We booked here on short notice after there was a hurricane in the gulf! Hiller Haus was everything and more that we needed!! 3 families and their pets... we loved everything about it!!

It was a clean house and easily fit the 11 of us adults. Close to grocery store and gas stations. There is a boat ramp very close just up the road 3-5mins. There is a small bar area there also. It use to be the “Tbe big thunder” but is not completely done with construction but still have a nice little place. Very close boat ride”10mins” from Shady Gators. The water is extremely rough for anyone with less than a 30ft boat. But if you go early or durning the week it’s better. The house was perfect for our group though the refregirator didn’t keep things very cool. But all in all a very good choice!

This was a great property for our 3 family getaway. The location was the BEST! The cove we were on was super calm. The kids could kayak with no worries. The boat dock was a Hugh hit all week long! We would routinely hear the kids just belt out “were going swimming” and off they went! The house fit the bill just fine😊� Although we were rarely in it. The deck was our place of choice so we could watch the kiddos in the water. The air in the house worked great and was a God send as we went in August and it was HOT out. Just an All around great place to stay!

The house is a lot bigger than it looks, and the view is beautiful.

The house was extremely dirty and smelled like mold. We got there and had to wash all sheets and comforters that were stained with urine. Unknown shoes, makeup, perfume, and opened water bottles laying around. Stove and grill was filthy dirty. The house was not in condition to be rented out.

As with last year, everything was awesome. This year also had some remodeling that included a 3rd bathroom. Everything done in a quality fashion. Another pleasant experience!

This house was easy to find, very clean, and everything we needed was there! I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything advertised & mentioned in the in the property info was all that & more. Everyone in our family before we left said they had a wonderful time & would come back again. There was so much to do at the property we never left except to grocery shop. I contacted Marcia a couple of times & she responded in a timely manner. We look forward to returning to Hiller Haus.

2nd stay was just as amazing as the first. Will always always go back here with big groups. Accuracy of listing correct. Pictures need to be updated. They added the 3rd bathroom and updated a second. AWESOME! changed ladder getting into the lake. House is very clean it’s just porch and dock and they are are to keep clean. We cannot say enough good about this place. I just want to be honest. Homeowners always replay. I would very highly recommend this house.
