Room were clean and have all the basic necessities

AC need to be service regularly. The location is quite far and surrounded by houses. Stray dogs barks at night so make sure you have your earplugs with you.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and well renovated , it was quiet and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The compound was really beautiful, and the room as well! Bed was nice and comfortable, and four pillows to myself was amazing. I really liked the small balcony where I could eat and chill in privacy. I enjoyed my time lazing in the room cos it was so comfortable lol. And also thank god for hot water showers!! They also have a small kitchen at the back where you can cook, and there's also a free drinking water supply (including hot water). The location of the inn is near to the beach where the sunset is beautiful, and also a 10 minute scooter ride up to Senggigi beach but I actually think the beach nearest to the inn offers better views and places to sit, I see a lot of locals just hanging out there. One staff member Adi was also very helpful in helping me get a scooter, festival tickets, and my transfer to Gili T + subsequent boat ride to Bali.

The only hiccup was that the Gili T > Bali/Canggu boat ride and transfer I was sold was not exactly as promised. I was told that the shuttle bus transfer from Padang Bai would be direct to my hotel in Canggu, but the boat company said that it would take 3+ hours to drop us near Canggu and only wanted to drop us somewhere in the middle of everyone's accommodations lol, eg in the middle of Kuta and Seminyak. I was sold a Semaya One ticket so just take note if you're booking this transfer with the inn. Or you can also actually book the ticket once you're in the Gilis for a little cheaper. Senggigi to Gili T shuttle transfer and boat was fine.

The rooms were a little bit dated but the hosts were so beautiful that more than made up for it. Awesome, comfortable place to stay with very helpful and lovely family catering to all your requests at a moments notice

The bed was very comfy

The staff at the desk didn’t speak english but well enough to tell me kitchen was close. No reason, had to ask the manager very seriously to see the kitchen use water refill and order breakfast. They weren’t hiding the menu. The guests staying there for 4 days didn’t know about kitchen, coffee and water, terrible customer service. It was also very noisy, staff yelling to each other all day and dogs braking. Not a peaceful stay at all. Wifi also is very weak and i didn’t have Netflix has other reviews say.
