We had an amazing time here! The owner Brad is super responsive to any questions or needs. We took our boat, and the boat dock was great. It was a super short ride out to Crab Island! The place is spacious and the AC WORKS! Plenty of fridge space and parking at this unit. The neighbors were also friendly. Short distances to grocery stores and some fantastic restaurants. Overall it was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

Rented property for gathering of family. Excellent location close in with family in Ild Destin. Really enjoyed the multilevel decks and fishing and bird watching from docks. Goo location for the younger ones to paddle board and bike. Owner was very accommodating.

We frequent Destin several times a year. Owner is accessible. Had no need to contact during our stay. Off site trailer parking available. House was set up perfectly for us. Everyone had private quarters and bathrooms.

The property was as pictured on line, lots of space, location great. I will go back and take friends. Everything provided. Comfortable bedrooms. Each person had own private space. The view is nice. The owner, Brad, is a great host. Wonderful place to take family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location with many restaurants and shopping near by. Close walk to beach access and dock fishing were the highlights of our stay.

This townhome was perfect for our two week vacation. It provides convenient boat dockage and easy access to Destin harbor and the pass to go off shore. It is a very spacious unit that accommodates two couples and two teenagers, who had their own space, apartment style, downstairs. We also brought our family pet! The extra AC in the dining area is a bonus! We used it at nighttime and slept comfortably. And the beds are comfy, too! We loved having the 2 refrigerators. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts. Brad responded quickly to any questions and was very nice. We will be back!

Location can’t be beat. Wish it was closer to the boat launch. Daughter fell in barnacles out back and cut herself all up. I do not recommend swimming out there.

Brad is an outstanding host. Quickest response we’ve ever had for our questions. Brad is a native Destinite and really helped us navigate the area for day trips and restaurants. Loved the cooler mid February to mid March weather and pre- spring break crowds. Condo was roomy and dog friendly. View of the channel and the boats from our slider windows was wonderful. Fire pit a nice addition. Would like stronger Wi-Fi on lowest level of condo but this is a small request. We’ve rebooked for 2023. That’s certainly the best compliment.

My wife, dogs, and I spent a quiet week at this location. It was convieniently located to many dining and shopping areas, yet still far enough off the main road to ensure a peaceful stay.

This condo is very spacious with 3 full bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and baths. The living room is spacious and we loved looking out at the boats. The weather was too cool to sit outdoors on the deck but that would have been great. The owner Brad was in touch with us ensuring all our needs were met. We’ll be back!!!

We had a great week at this property. The owner left us a paddle board and I also rented a kayak. It was tons of fun getting to play around in the harbor and it was just a short walk to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay! All of the appliances worked, the HVAC system was flawless, and the layout was great for two couples. Looking forward to our next stay!

Love the area and crab island wasn’t far

Loved our stay here! Very comfortable for our well long stay in Destin. We were able to bring our boat boat and had access to trailer parking on the owners lot. This townhome has a great location to downtown Destin. Tucked in Holiday isle so you are close enough to enjoy downtown by drive or boat! Just scoot across the harbor in the boat to enjoy the beaches or Crab island.

Amazing stay! We did learn the hard way that you need to put the teenagers down stairs the little beach down the road is my new favorite. My 12 year old son lived on the doc fishing and crab fishing. Perfect family vacation ❤️ Thank you

The host was great, very understanding, very accommodating & great pricing. I saw the place online and I liked it. When I saw it in person I loved it. This place exceeded my expectations. You just have to experience it to understand.

The location was great. A nice place, but the appliances need updated and there were cracked tiles in the kitchen. Listing states two kitchens, but the second “kitchen” is just a refrigerator and sink; no microwave or stove.

This property was great, it has 3 beds and 3 baths so everyone has their own separate space. There is one regular bedroom and bathroom downstairs in the front, not much to it but covers the basics, and another one downstairs that can be completely locked off and accessed from a separate entrance that also has its own kitchenette and washer/dryer and sofa bed, so technically 3-4 people could go there. Upstairs is the main sitting with another sofa bed, dining and full kitchen, with another bedroom and bathroom toward the back with washer/dryer. The view of the harbor is nice, even if you don’t have a boat, you can fish from the deck and actually see the fish swim up. Ducks come by, fish jump and fly through the air, everything is as described. We visited directly after a funeral to try to help our family member deal with things for a few days. It was just what we needed. She and her son could be by themselves or with everyone as needed. The owner was very kind, helpful and patient with us, and remained very responsive before and throughout the stay. The best beach access was less than 10 minutes walk away. Be prepared to provide some of your own supplies like trash bags and if you prefer a certain type of toilet paper. Some things are better provided yourself anyway considering covid-19, and Walmart is a short drive away. Now my family wants to go back to visit under better circumstances.

When vacationing with couples and everyone paying an equal portion of the cost, it’s important that everyone’s accommodations be as equal as possible. This property accomplished that nicely. The proximity to Crab Island was great! A short ride by boat and you’re there! Would stay here again!
