Great spot - many things are walkable. Very convenient. Kitchen stocked well. Overall - very comfortable.

This was the perfect location and home for our visit. We’ll appointed, spacious and so convenient to campus. One of the best places vet ever rented. Host was responsive and accommodating. The check in process was simple. A great place!

Had no problems. Very nice place. Would stay again. You might want to check the washing machine. It makes a harsh clicking sound on the spin cycle as if something is loose or is about to break. It finished its cycle without issue; it just sounded like it might need looking at.

Central to everything, clean and cozy

This is a wonderful, centrally located place to stay. The UC Davis campus is across the street and downtown just a few blocks away. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and events on campus. The condo is comfortable and clean. The space works well for six adults. The owner is available and very responsive. It was a pleasure to work with her. We would definitely stay there again.

Full kitchen, washer dryer, anything that you would need on a daily basis in your own home. This place is a MUST STAY, Close to anything that you need breakfast liquor store coffee brunch, lunch, dinners, pubs.

What we liked: Great location. Tall fans upstairs really add a lot. Nice that the condo is spacious. Garage and parking permit are a good feature. Recommendations: These suggestions would help to provide an even better guest experience. Overall: Several windows need screens to enable there to be fresh air in the condo. Remove cobwebs to avoid a run-down look. Stair railing is sturdy and secure, but maybe a "watch your step" sign would be good to help prevent tripping on the stairs as they have bumpy edges. Other suggestions: Need a coffee pot for making more than one cup at a time for efficiency and convenience. The Keurig type provided only makes one cup at a time. Upstairs deck sliding glass door is locked and needs to have a screen to enable fresh air and use of the deck. Add more towel racks in upstairs bathroom. Provide a bath mat in downstairs bathroom. Tables, chairs, and umbrella on the front deck would be nice.

This house was a great rental for our week with our college student. The house had everything we needed and Aimee was very responsive to any and all questions/needs we had! Thank you!

We stayed 9 days and would stay here again. We often stay at VRBO’s when on a family vacation. What made this property exception were the small amenities which were included. Such as laundry pods, fabric softener, trash bags, toilette paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, basic spices, bathroom soap, dish soap, etc. These would normally cost us money and inconvenience. There is also private garage parking. High speed internet pulled 75-100Mbps. For CV-19 there was hand sanitizer provided. The owner allowed us to pull down the outdoor furniture from the garage and use it, which we gratefully did - and we respectfully put it back. The owner was very responsive and provided easy checkin / checkout procedures. Great location. The property is across the street from the Davis Camous and Pavillion walking trail. Downtown Davis is minutes away - Don’t drive, walk or bike. Black Bear Diner for breakfast? No problem - 1/2 block - don’t bother putting on a coat in my opinion. What would make this place better? A couple bikes in the garage for guest use. There are enough abandoned bikes on campus, give me a week and my tools and I would have done this for her. ;-)

We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, lovely home just across the street from the UC Davis campus and within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. We took great advantage of all the wonderful biking in the area!

Would recommend this house.

The place was very clean and simply, but nicely decorated. Cons: We had no hot water in the his and hers bathroom sinks upstairs and I felt uncomfortable that there was no window covering from the upstairs hall to the outside where it was easy for anyone to see in. Pros: perfectly located walking distance from downtown, two car garage with plenty of room for the cars and bikes if that’s your thing and a game room supplied with several board games which I though was a nice touch. The only reason I didn’t give the place 5 stars is that some of these property owners really go above and beyond and I think 5 star ratings should be reserves for those properties. I would refer this property to other as well as stay here again if I should ever need a place in Davis again.

Clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. Location is amazing. Guests can park their car in the garage and literally walk to UC Davis and Downtown Davis. No car needed when staying at this condo. We were feeling adventurous and rented JUMP bikes to tour the campus. We will be staying here again.

We were in town visiting family and wanted a place that was walking distance to Downtown Davis and the campus. This condo checked both boxes. We were able to walk to restaurants, Farmer's Market, a movie theater and the bowling alley at the UC Davis Memorial Union. The unit was clean, professional and decorated very nicely. I would recommend without hesitation.
