Well located, easy parking. Ideal position to visit the market in Wazemmes. Plenty of room, plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds, easy to access. Good value for money. Host replied quickly to questions.

Very cold when we arrived and took a long while to heat up. No plugs in Bath or sink. Would benefit from spring clean. However good for what we paid.

Self service key pickup/drop off is convenient. The apartment is very secluded which means it is very quiet, offers great privacy and it is not warm inside, even during warm weather. Good quality matrasses. Well equiped kitchen. Private garage fits a car of about 490cm in length (= most cars).

Dinner table, dinnerchairs and cooker hood are worn out and should be replaced. Duvet covers are of low quality / not breathable. Adding a thermostatic tap in the shower and and a small dishwasher would improve comfort.

there were some things broken - bedroom door to outside. there were no blinds or curtains at bedroom window. seemed a little tired.

Nice location, near universities. 2 rooms with comfortable double beds Heater and washing machine are functioning well. Communication with owner is OK ; he allowed us to come 1 hour earlier.

Dark flat... You feel you live in the garage. Could not enjoy the small backyard because bay windows could not be opened. The garage entrance is very small (you can't enter your car using the wing mirrors : they have to be folded). Sofa bed should not be used to sleep (very uncomfortable, even for children). No dishwasher Everything looks badly maintained and the flat was not cleaned well (crumbs on the couch, coffee cup under a bed or dirty towel inside the bathroom).

The host Antoine was available immediately when we had trouble opening the doorlock. He was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and exceptionally calm, even with the central location.

I missed some basic teabags (e.g. green tea) to have a quick hot drink after a whole day of rain. Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but it was ok.

Stocked with everything one might need this spacious apartment leaves little else to wish. Central yet quiet location, free parking on the street plus own garage. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make your own food and swarm of bakeries and shops around if don't want to. Beds are big and comfy.

Nothing really except maybe wished for better wifi bandwidth.
