The condo is beautiful. The pictures are current, exactly how it is. All the appliances are in working condition and the condo was clean. No complaints. Had a wonderful family vacation at Navarre Beach. This condo wont disappoint!

We have stayed several times at this condo. The hosts are outstanding, they communicate great and the views from the condo of the pier and beach are amazing. The condo has a great layout with two sets of washer and dryers. It’s our favorite condo in Navarre. 5 star location and 5 star hosts.

I definitely would come back to this condo, everything was perfect! Margaret was so nice and helpful.

The condominium was beautiful, loved all the open glass window views, and wrap around balcony. The ocean view From the 16th floor was beautiful.

First and foremost, Margaret- our host was absolutely wonderful. Very willing to assist if needed and answered any questions we had quickly. The condo was perfect as well. Very clean and amply furnished with everything we needed. From cooking supplies to beach towels and chairs. We didn’t want to leave!

We have returned to our favorite place in Navarre. We love this condo! The only thing better are the owners. Margaret is wonderful! Knowing you will have an stress-free vacation is priceless. I reviewed this last year (June 2) more in depth and everything is still fabulous. We already have plans to stay again next year. This is our Florida - home away from home. Thanks Margaret for another fantastic vacation!

This is our second time staying in this condo! We loved it just as much our second time! The location is perfect, beautiful views, and a clean place to land. We love that the homeowners provide all the extra beach essentials to make traveling easier! We would love to return a 3rd time!

Everything was comfortable and beautiful! The views were perfect as promised, the ocean view on one side and the bay view out the other side. A perfect vacation.

Great place for a getaway

Everything about our stay at this unit was wonderful. It was clean and cool upon arrival, Margaret was communicative and helpful, the provided kid items were SO NICE to have--the pack n play, booster seat, life jacket, pool toys, beach towels, plates and utensils (and a beach cart and chairs that we didn't end up using)--and to not have to bring from home. Beds were comfortable, the end unit views and windows and mirrors allowed plenty of light. Grocery stores and restaurants were a quick drive away. It was wonderful; we hope to be back soon!

Margaret was awesome to deal with, super friendly and accommodating. The condo has everything you could need for a week stay and it’s wonderful that beach towels are provided. Makes it’s so nice to bring one less thing with you. Condo was clean, property grounds were well kept, pools were clean. Not much more you could ask for. Few restaurants in walking distance and then a ton others within a ten minute driver. Such a wonderful week and look forward to being back next spring break!

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. Amazing views from anywhere, lots of space for all 6 of us, and quality everywhere. The place was really clean, and the location is better than you can imagine from the description. We cannot wait to come back! Margaret was so friendly and personable...she made everything so easy!

This condo unit and host were some of the best we have ever had. Host very attentive to our every need and unit is in impeccable state! We will definitely be back!

Margaret and Michael were excellent hosts. Their communications were excellent and timely. The condo was clean, soundproof, and on the beach! Wave noise!! I rated the location as a 4 because Navarre restaurants were lacking in Quality.

We have been renting on the emerald coast for years and this is the absolute best experience we have ever had! The pictures do not do the unit justice! It is immaculate, stocked better than any we ever stayed in! The check in process with Margaret was perfect. She was so easy to work with. If you are considering this unit, rest assured you will love it!

The condo was perfect for our needs. The layout of the condo was great with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was amazing from every room. We were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks over the harbor from the second master suite balcony. We could also see the fireworks on the beach down by the pier from this balcony. From the main balcony we were able to watch both sunrise and sunset and keep up with all the action down by the pier. It was amazing! The hosts thought of everything! Although we did not stay when beach service was provided (out of season), the room had several quality bag chairs and a wagon in a closet so we could still enjoy the beach. They also provided a cooler and numerous beach towels. One closet had several puzzles and a few games that were suitable for families. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pans and bowels. They even had a crock pot which came in handy when we were away all day. They also had both a regular coffee pot and a k-pod type of pot. They provided enough supplies like paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and toilet paper to last the whole week, too. The host checks in on you and was very prompt with answering any questions. They were very considerate and helpful. They seemed to really care that you were having a good trip. The property is in a great location, within walking distance of the pier. I would definitely stay here again or at any other property the host has listed.

Condo was really pretty and well stocked. There were extras, a real bar of soap, plenty towels etc. The Christmas Tree was a special surprise. A pleasant stay.

This was our second time staying here. The condo is in great condition, the view is fantastic (tall windows), and the building is very convenient (good elevators, close parking, clean). I would recommend this to anyone. Check in is smooth and efficient. Quality owners.

We have stayed in very nice condos before but we do think this one is our favorite. We loved the glass, mirrors and sparkle throughout, the ocean view from the balcony as well as the view of the bay/gulf from another balcony, and the overall roomy feel of it in general. It's close to Dewy Destin's restaurant and across the street from there was the Winn Dixie. Very Pleased.

This was the perfect property with the most gorgeous view. There were ample beds, and the condo was equipped with everything you need plus more (like board games, hangers, hair dryers, beach towels). The second master is like a mini apartment with a second jacuzzi tub, a fridge, a microwave, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker- this is all IN ADDITION to the main fridge, coffee makers, washer and dryer, and jacuzzi tub. We hope to spend many more vacations here.

The property was beautiful and clean and you couldn't ask for a better view. We will definitely be back.

Phenomenal views!! The minute you walk into the condo, you are surrounded by spectacular views! The views and wonderful light coming through the many windows coupled with the light decor, set the tone for rest and relaxation! The owners of the condo provided exceptional service from start to finish. I always felt we would be taken care of and that having a fabulous vacation was their number one priority. The property is completely as pictured. Some of the above and beyond is the well-stocked condo kitchen as well as the addition of beach chairs/wagon/toys/beach towels. It makes the experience above the average. For those that haven't been, Navarre is a beautiful beach, and the Pearl is a nice complex. Margaret is an incredibly responsive owner.

The entire check in process was seamless. The unit was in fantastic shape and the views are beyond breathtaking. The property manager checked on us during our time there and was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this unit for your trip.

This condo was everything the description states and more! Everything was perfect. I loved the supply of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and everything you needed to get started before the trip to Walmart. Plenty of towels and washcloths.The second master was perfect for our grown children and their 16 month old. The condo was clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were great to have available to us. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Mrs. Ryan for the easy check in, communication during our stay, and easy check out.

I would highly recommend booking this condo!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. This was perfect for our family of 5. With 3 older children and 2 being in College, they appreciated more bathrooms, space and larger beds. It has amazing views with large windows from most of the condo. We saw a manatee and dolphins from our balcony. Margaret was excellent to work with and really wants you to have a wonderful experience at her condo and on the beach. We also appreciated the extra beach chairs provided and most condos do not offer this. We would love to return again in the future.

Our annual girls trip and this condo did not disappoint!!! Fully stocked, extra chairs, beach towels, beach accessories that saved us space in our van for the trip down. The condo is beautiful. We had so much space and the access to the beach was so convenient! We all have stayed in many areas of Florida and we all agreed this was the most beautiful!
