Property as described no issues easy check in and out. Would stay again! Close to Charleston and many surrounding islands and beaches.

The house was perfect for a large party. The location was excellent. I would recommend this location.

Let me start with the positives, the interior was clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, it was roomy for our four generations family of eight and the location was convenient to the various parties we attended in Charleston and throughout mount Pleasant. The kitchen was adequate for breakfast and lunch, even though the lights seriously dimmed when you used the toaster and microwave at the same time. The water and ice dispenser did not witk in the refrigerator so be prepared to bring lots of water and ice. The whole vibe was rustic second hand, but at least nothing was broken or torn. The exterior was extremely neglected and gave a horrible first impression. The main reason for my review is to warn anyone with accessibility issues of the limitations in this property. Prior to booking I detailed our limitations (mom uses a walker, and my husband, an above knee amputee uses crutches. I confirmed the one bathroom had an easy step in shower with a grab bar and wide opening through the glass door. I also confirmed the front door was accessible. However, I was not warned that there are two interior steps without handrails that provide the only access to the bedrooms. Also there is not a hard surface that leads from the allowed parking spaces (rutted spots on the uneven lawn) through the long front yard. Only a narrow bumpy brick path with many angles to navigate. I was denied permission to deviate from their parking rules to get closer to the house.

Everything was good, but not, exactly, top of the line. Sofa was not comfy. Couldn’t watch the TV because it was limited to owner passcode. We tried hooking up a Roku we brought but that didn’t work. Pretty much sucked.

We had a group of 8 adults in town for a sailboat regatta. The place has plenty of room to spread out and is very convenient. It worked out great for our 5 night stay and I would stay there again. Thanks for having us.

Surprised husband for weekend getaway. Family from Florida and Georgia joined us. House was great. Great location clean comfortable and affordable.
