Super lokalizacja, wygodny i cieplutki apartament, przyjemna obsługa i miejsce na spędzenie wieczorów przy planszówek czy bilardzie

Jedyny minus pobytu to niewygodne łóżka, poza tym wszystko oceniam bardzo wysoko

Ładny czysty obiekt z atrakcjami dla dzieci (sala zabaw, bilard, piłkarzyki itd.) a także dla dorosłych (sauna, bar z napojami wyskokowymi). Dodam że wszystkie atrakcje znajdują się w budynku głównym A.

Problem z restauracją która raz zamyka się o 20 raz o 22 innym razem serwuje pizzę po to by na następny dzień nie było jedzenia. Droga dojazdowa od strony Białki Tatrzańskiej jest dziurawa jak ser szwajcarski ale to oczywiście nie zarzut do hotelu.

Przepiękny, bardzo czysty pokój z widokiem na Tatry. Mimo, że śpi się na kanapie to nie mogę narzekać na komfort spania, choć trochę się tego obawiałam. Pokój jest malutki, ale niczego w nim nie brakuje. Było bardzo ciepło a do tego dostaliśmy bardzo ciepłe kołdry i koc. Fantastyczne jest to, że codziennie można skorzystać z sauny. Doceniliśmy też skiroom i to, że do stoku Kotelnica jedzie się 7 minut samochodem ale jest też przystanek autobusu pod samym budynkiem.

Szkoda, że w przestrzeni barowej na dole nie można zjeść - to byłaby super możliwość :)

perfect new equiped resort , clean room, very good internet connection, well equipped kitchen, pleasant relax zone, nice furniture and seats arround sauna and swimming pool, servis guy was speaking English, lift in the building, parking next to appartments, well equiped free time activities room, kind personel, playground for children.

Nowhere mentioned that there is risk of meet a viper / snake / - dangerous in summer time . On the crossroud comming to the resort, playground and swiming pool area placed big sign : Attention Viper . After 10pm very low pressure of the water, it was very diffucult to take a shower, calling this issue to the reception in the evening when this situation happend - available non-English speaking contact, issue not fixed. In between buildings is located wastewater treatment plant with quite high exhaust pipe / chimney / - its non-pleasant smell reached the room when windows were opened. No air condition in the highest floor under roof - quite hot in the summer time. Some rooms equipped with air conditions , but not our. Equiment in the free time activities room not checked regulary against damage - eg ping pong bats, long pool cue tip - when informed receptioninst immediately replaced / what is nice they have had them on stock/ . Swiming pool and sauna pools could be maintained better,

Breakfast were AMAZING! Room very comfy and clean. These apartments are very good choice!

excellent accommodation, clean rooms, brilliant breakfast - great variety of choices, sauna and good chill-out zone with a room for children

our stay was just fine but a bar in a chill-out zone could have made better :)
