This is easily one of the best rentals we have had. Booking and checking in was easy. We had a repair issue that was fixed with in one hour. The place is well equipped in the kitchen. Beds and bedding are new. The Master is huge. Great location walk to a park for kid activities. Close to the village and skiing, mountain biking etc. The garage is such a fun relief and made for quiet kid downtime. The Spa was heated and fun. We will rent again.

This house is in a great central location in big bear and was just as expected for accommodations. Check in was near by and Dionne was super friendly and accommodating. As for the house itself, the master bedroom was very spacious and nice with a full bath just outside the room. The other two bedrooms were situated on the front side of the house with the 2nd full bathroom between them. The kids room worked out well for our kids with two sets of bunk beds and a big box of legos! We also made good use of the kitchen. It was nicely stocked with cooking gear and a decent amount of spices and general supplies. Our young kids loved the detached garage game room with 3 arcade games and a giant connect 4. But we also spent the day in the front yard playing in the snow. We were looking forward to the hot tub but just ran out of time after getting the kids to sleep each night. We did check it out and it looked really nice and was toasty warm. Overall we were very pleased with this rental.

The wifi signal was a little weak in the front of the house when connecting our own devices and we also were not able to connect the main living room tv to wifi for addional viewing options beyond the Directv. We could have used more trash bags. Saran wrap would have been handy. But absolutely nothing was a major concern.
