My mom and I spent a month here for our first snowbird experience. We are both grammas and it felt like a Gramma house, comfortable and lived in, not some place you were afraid to sit on the furniture. The house needs some TLC, which i believe they started just after we left, but was a wonderful haven for us and my 2 dogs. The dogs loved the freedom of the fenced backyard and our walks around the quiet neighborhood. All in all, a great place. I plan to return for another month next year and am excited to see the improvements that are being made!

This house obviously made it through hurricane Katrina, but all they seemed to do was put a bandaid on it! So many things wrong with the house! BUT the location was GREAT!! The hvac unit is so rusted and loud, it's all you hear in the neighborhood. Most windows you can't see out. Floors damaged and clearly sag! Livingroom furniture is old and uncomfortable or damaged. I wish I could post my pictures, the ones posted on here are misleading and definitely not accurate. We only used the King bed and it is memory foam, our first experience with that, we found it very difficult to sleep on. No exhaust fans in kitchen or bathrooms. Cable TV is streaming and difficult to figure out and different in each room TV. Nice fenced-in yard, but has a rubber tree in it. And piles of poop from previous dogs. Definitely not clean either. Light switches, cupboards doors, floors clearly filthy and never wiped. One bedroom has carpet and it is so visibility filthy. Nothing there to clean up for yourself! No dust mop, mop, vacuum(that works) or I would've done it myself, to make it more comfortable while we were there!

Although the house is old, it is clean and comfortable with ALL the amenities. I didn't lack for anything, and it's only 5 blocks from Walmart. It's in sight of the beach - about 3 blocks walking distance or 4 blocks driving. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, if you happen across any of them.

It needs a little TLC , but it was great for us , fenced yard for the dog, everything you need is there. Harold was awesome, giving us info on where to eat, places to visit he was great. We would definitely stay again.

It had a very good location. Our host was very nice. But when we arrived the grass was high.it did get mowed 3 days later. Furniture out dated. Looks like they were remodeling maybe? So some of it wasn't finished.

This property was just perfect for our weeklong beach vacation. The house is spacious and it only took a beautiful 5 minute walk to reach the beach. Pass Christian and Long Beach are both beautiful towns with minimal "tourist" traffic and there are several yummy places to eat. We enjoyed Shaggy's in Pass Christian, in a previous visit we ate at Steve's Marina and Bacchus on the Beach and both were excellent.

We couldn't have asked for a better host with Mr. Harold! Place was away from noise and walking distance to beach ( on beach I was by myself entire time for 10 days) In kitchen, besides cookware, utensils, place even had a variety of spices!!!! 5 STARS BY FAR...

We enjoyed the stay. Not the most up to date property but met our needs for a nice property that was only a short walk to the beach. A few upgrades could definitely make it more enjoyable but would return.

Good price. Good location. Outdated property. Very basic cooking tools. Great back yard. Great location in a growing neighborhood. Houses going up everywhere. If you are open to an old house in need of repair with plenty of room. You are good to go. If you are articulate and use to a more updated property. Move on. The neighbors were great! The property was secure and we felt very safe there. Parking was limited to a few cars really. We would do it again!

We had a great time and truly enjoyed the house. Loved the fenced in backyard and I know our pups did too. Everything we needed was there . Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants . Our first time in pass christian and we definitely will be back. Harold thx so much for all your help and getting back to us so quickly anytime we needed anything.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The area is great, easy access to all kinds of things in the area, walking distance to the beach. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. The property manager Harold is incredible. He responds immediately, follows up and overall makes you feel welcome. Thank you for your hospitality and we are looking forward to coming back.

RUN, don't walk to this property. Cozy and comfortable cottage in small neighborhood. Added bonus of being a pet friendly vrbo! Nice fenced yard, private! Can NOT say enough good things!

The house was great! Roomy, well stocked, quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and our family.

We booked this home to evacuate from Hurricane Laura. It's not easy to find a place that excepts pets, but Harold was very understanding and said it was no problem to bring our 3 cats and chihuahua, It was super to have access to two side by side refidgerators/freezers since we had brought all the food with us that we could. The house was so roomy and had everything we needed - we couldn't have picked a better location!
