The place is just behind the bus stand which was super convenient for us as we arrived at 2 am. Staff was okay to check us in at this time. Clean room, everything was good. We stayed only 1 night to have a break in a long bus travel and continued our travel the next day.

Out of the 4 reception staff only one would ask if I need water or toilet paper as I was staying for 6 nights, I did mention no need to do my room but I was expecting at least the water even though they were very small ones compared to all the hotels I have stayed in Thailand for the last 1 1/2 month were at least 500ml considering we can't drink tap water it's really important to have. The room was clean, I did ask for a kettle witch they gave me. The shower was a little dangerous in my opinion the hand help shower gives shocks if your hand is wet well I never tried dry but I end up trying to move the shower head direction after I couldn't hold it so water would not go on the outside but I couldn't ended up turning it off. When I told reception they were aware of it, its been a while she said its the pressure I no plumber but it's not the pressure probably a shortage or something but they need to get this fix. The building is older but that is not ok. The 1st reception was nice to give me a room at the back as the front often has the bus running their motor since we are behind the bus depot n my room at the back of the building n it was quiet, my bed was really comfortable n the room was clean. There is amazing restaurant next door it should be a 5 star! Also 5 min walk to a beautiful beach n the water is warm! One big shopping center Village Market n a Villa Market with all kinds foods all walking distance n many restaurants. So good location. They just need to fix plumbing n get customers service up!

The fact that the hand held shower gave shocks witch they were aware apparently n having to ask for water n toilet paper except for 1 really nice receptionist always asked me when she saw me. When knowing that I was there for 6 nights last place they would put it outside my door. I had said no need to do my room so I did save them time for not having to do my room till I left. It's the little things that make it plaisant. The night reception was not much about customer service when I would walk in he often would not even look up or say hello always on his phone not good customer service.

Location was nearby the beach... A big plus is the german bakery nearby with german and american breakfast for a good price

Good location, close to the Sombat tour bus station and Bluport shopping mall. Kindly staff and service, clean and comfortable room with a big balcony，you can walk to seaside throught the alley oppsite.

the price in the moment totally overpriced! The bathroom, no have shelv to put things. The zink tiny, the blender in the shower falling out if the wall. The take price of normally 1500 a night. You can expect more !!!
