Very nice cruise, would recommend it. Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Nice food and very good service. Special thanks to Kai, who has been great to us!

Activities were nice, although a bit touristic.

Платные напитки, на ланч даже стакан воды платный, и цены очень дорогие. Круиз не из дешевых, воду можно было давать на обед и ужин бесплатно(

The interior is nice. The room is smaller than listed.

The food on the pictures is far from what we got. It was very old and not tasty at all. It was the worst food we had on our 16-day holiday in Vietnam. Carrot sushi and old rice. Bread in an airplane tasted better. Breakfast was better. The jacuzzi was not enough filled with water and they didn’t want to fill it further nor heat it. There was no live music as promised. The prices for happy hour go up by 30%. Having a simple Vietnamese coffee at the breakfast table will cost you 58 Dong. The bottle of wine in the room as pictured wasn’t there. We also didn’t cruise much with the cruise. We were most of the time being transported by an old, little boat. Kind feedback was ignored. Very dissapointed about our stay here.

Nothing to complain. Staffs were very polite and accommodating.

The food was really great. Due to our seafoods allergies the Chef prepared us a special BBQ pork ribs for our third course of our main meal. The welcome dinner and breakfast was exceptional also. Nina our waitress was great. All the staff were fantastic

You have to take a speed boat to the ship. It would have been nice to leave from the dock and return to the dock. A very minor complaint for a great trip.

Everything about this cruise for us was absolutely magnificient and beyond our expectation. The foods were tasty and i Love lobsters a lot :)) The staffs were very friendly and gave us a lot of care... I really appreciate what Paradise Grand did on our trip as i and My partner enjoyed the trip very much. A true 5- star experience! Highly recommend !

That's beautiful boat, new ship and perfect service. Starting from make a reservation booking until check out the boat, everything is excellent serrvice. Bed comfortable, food was excellent and the important things is all staff onboad did their job really well. Highlight recommend this boat to everyone.
