Gute Lage, Altstadt fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Hotelbeschreibung zeigt nicht die Realität. Das Hotel liegt in einer schmutzigen Seitenstraße. Es gibt lediglich vier Parkplätze. Es gibt, entgegen der Beschreibung, kein Restaurant im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste, dass ich seit langem erlebt habe.

The breakfast was perfect. You have big choice to choose what you want to eat. It’s between 7-10. The pool is also great! Depth of 150cm, looks very clean. The city view is beautiful. The room where we were was beautiful. Luxurious with a little bit of Bosnian touch with decorations. And the bed super comfy!!! And the people that work there were super nice.

There was nothing in the mini bar. Wifi was terrible! On mobile phone it was crashing all the time and on the TV it just didn’t work. The walls aren’t soundproof so you can hear people in the hallway and they can hear you /: And yeah the pool temperature was a little bit too cold for me. And also they said you get clean towels there but every time we went on the pool there were no towels.

Very close walking distance 10 min to the old town; White Fortress and 5 min to the cable cars. The hotel is located up the hill which might be a bit problematic for old people or with small kids. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but basic.

Unfortunately, our room was not the one which we booked. Breakfast coffee was served from a coffee warmer, but from the coffee machine, we would have to pay extra.

It is really nice that the accommodation has a sauna and a pool. The breakfast is pretty ok. The room was always clean. I loved that the bathroom floor is heated. The location is great, close to old city center.

We initially booked a Deluxe room with city view, but they didn't have a double bed, only twin beds - although the title said it can be double or twin.

Gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen, Personal Top, sehr ruhig, Frühstück ausgezeichnet, für jeden was dabei, sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde nochmals im Hotel buchen.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk to the old town. It’s in a very quiet area - slept really well, it’s very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean enough when we check in. There was some hair in the bathroom, and the bathroom was a bit small. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there was no sign on the street.

موقع الفندق صعب الوصول له قليلا قوقل ماب يتوّه قليلا مواقف السيارات ضيقة جدًّا لازم تعطيهم المفتاح يوقفونها لك الفطور غير منوع لكنه يفي بالغرض خدمة الغرف ما ينظفون جيّدًا تم الدخول إلى الغرفة وقاموا فقط بتغيير المناشف بدون إزالة أكياس القمامة أو فعل أي شيء مفيده

Perfect people, everyday everytime with smile on their faces. Very polite and kind. Great location 5 minutes from the downtown - Bascarsija. Free parking place in front of the hotel. Tasty breakfast and freat swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Clean modern hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a nice quiet street, yet still close to the centre. Bedroom was roomy, and breakfast was adequate.

The personnel were really kind. The shuttle service is provided according to your time flight itinerary. The room where we stayed was big and comfy a lot. Shampoo soap and other bathing kits can be provided through housekeepers. The breakfast was good too. Everywhere in the hotel, including public baths, were really clean.

I wish the varieties of breakfast could have been enlarged. For example, during the breakfast, the cheeses sliced so thin. Sucuk as well. I could have anticipated that during the breakfast, we tried to eat more Bosnian cuisines. However, not.

I drove 600km with a baby that's 1.5 years old and fell into shock. The apartment we booked through booking.com was taken. No apology from the hotel they just sent us off and told us to fend for ourselves. A complete catastrophe!!!!!!!

The rooms are not soundproof, but this was raised with staff and will be improved. Also, a shower curtain and a mat in the shower would be great additions as the floors are a bit slippy when wet

We liked the pool

I loved the hotel's location, being less than a 5-minute walk from the city center and tourist spots. Additionally, the fact that grocery stores are open every day until 10 p.m. next door was very convenient. The cleanliness and modernity of the place are also significant advantages.

The few drawbacks include the narrowness of the street, but it seems to be a characteristic of Sarajevo. The Wi-Fi connection could be quite disappointing at times. The breakfast is delicious, but it could be more diverse in terms of choices.

Very poor and so bad quality of breakfast, The System of the air conditioning is very bad , it doesn’t work properly ,especially with hot weather … The location is near the old town center but it is located in closed street in which I suffered to find it . The rating of the hotel is three stars, not four stars at all.
