My stay at the Urban Suites was an unforgettable experience for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered, creating lasting memories of our time there. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional jacuzzi, which provided the perfect relaxation after long days of exploring the city. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy stunning water views and easy access to a variety of local amenities, such as restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. This convenience greatly enhanced our overall stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met during our time at the Urban Suites. Their dedication to customer service made us feel truly valued as guests. In conclusion, I highly recommend Urban Suites to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the city. The combination of luxurious amenities, prime location, and exceptional staff make it an ideal choice for couples and travelers alike.

One downside to my stay at the Urban Suites was the significant distance from the airport, which required a 45-minute drive. This longer-than-expected travel time proved to be an inconvenience, particularly when factoring in potential traffic delays or time constraints. For those looking for a hotel in close proximity to the airport, this may not be the most suitable option. However, the exceptional amenities and service provided by the Urban Suites may still make it a worthwhile choice, depending on one's priorities.

Misleading listing of jakuzi. We were denied access to the rooftop even though it's listed as a property feature. Then they were rude with us asking questions. Noisy street. Sunlight woke us up early through side of blinds.

Check-in, air condition, water temperature, all facilities in the room were great.

The location is not in a vibrant part of the city, lots of buildings around were closed or under reconstruction. The room is significantly noisy due to the busy street directly beneath the windows. The window doors can only be closed but not locked, impacting the soundproofing. The bed is very soft, and I experienced back pain in the morning. The check-out time is an hour earlier than the usual 12:00 pm. Although they allowed us to stay until noon for free, they requested an extra 40 euros for two more hours, which we found unexpectedly greedy. Consequently, we declined the 'generous' offer. At a price of about 200 euros per night, we expected more from this place. At least not charging an extra 40 euros for two more hours of stay, especially during the low season for beach vacations. It's totally overpriced and overrated. It's a pity we understood this too late.

Les installations, le mobilier, le cadre et la location était superbe. Le jacuzzi super également avec les enceintes pour mettre de la musique ;). Un séjour parfait dans un appartement merveilleux tout simplement.
