Very nice property. Had good amount of room and updated. Loved the little yard with grass for our dogs. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great. Just as advertised.

We had everything we needed in this nice little spot to explore the area for the weekend. Justin was super responsive with any questions, too. The yard was perfect for our small dog, and we loved the porch swing outside! A great spot for a long weekend stay.

Nice and convenient place.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. Studio was well stocked with random necessities. Appreciated the ability to use the carport. For me, the shower head was more than adequate in height, a convenience often overlooked. We really don't have any negatives to say. Our only 'knock' was that it is a corner lot on a busier road and that noise gets in and I'm a lighter sleeper. But, that knock is somewhat overlooked as you are in a good area of town for ease of getting to other places but also it's a good neighborhood. Would easily stay again if available for another trip.

Property was clean and the check in and check out process was super easy. I’d stay here again on my next Grand Junction trip.

This little studio was a perfect place for a stay with pets. Very close to CMU which is exactly what we needed. Very clean and comfortable.
