The location is great and very unique. We really liked the privacy instead of the condo building type setup that is mostly common for this area. Having the beach steps from our door was amazing and super convenient.

This was a terrific place. We were hosting our kids and grandkids and it was perfect. The home was extremely well equipped. The layout was ideal for our group. The hosts were incredibly responsive. All in all it was a perfect rental.

Before our stay, the owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. We were wowed by the property when we got there. It has one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever seen. Super clean and updated home. Great patio just outside the unit with access to another overlooking the water. Literally a one-minute walk to the beach. The area has some close-by restaurants/bars that were awesome, too. I highly recommend this area and this property, in particular. We would go again.

My sisters and I celebrated my 50th at this lovely beach house. We loved every second of sunsets, beach walks, and relaxing. The house was well stocked and we needed for nothing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful unit but no private balcony that will allow multiple people to sit and watch the ocean. For clarification this unit is on the back side of several other units. The people were incredible! Very comfortable.

3 of us stayed at this wonderful beach rental. My 90 year old mom sat on the patio and felt like she was "On the Beach" with it being so close. The inside of the rental looked exactly like the pictures. New kitchen with all the dishes, flatware, pots & pans would accommodate a large group. Would definitely rent again and will share this rental with friends & family. Owners were very accessible and responded quickly to questions.

This property was immaculate, well stocked and steps to the beautiful beach. One thing we were not aware of, was parking only for 1 car! This was a problem due to permit parking & limited "beach parking" in our parking lot.

Host was SO responsive and helpful!
The ONLY thing to note for potential guests, is that there is only ONE parking spot and the listing does NOT say that. Even under parking, there's no indication that there's one spot. If you have more than one set of adults, this is tricky. Leaving and trying to navigate having a public parking spot is tricky.
We made it work but it did deter us from leaving as much as we wanted to.
Again, NOT a reason to not stay here as the house is wonderful and the host is so kind.

This is my second time back to this property. It's perfect if you're looking for a beachside place that includes so many great amenities. We slept comfortably there with my wife and I, my in-laws and two kids 5 and 7. The patio deck and small driveway for a car are awesome to have. To sum it up, when we arrived my youngest walked in the door and said, "aahhhh, home sweet home".

The location was fabulous and it truly is a few yards to the heach. The listing is 100% accurate. It worked so well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys. Parking for more than 1 car is a challege, but we made it work out. It appears the deck has new flooring and furniture based on pictures. Great place to watch sunsets! Our family had so much fun. It's a lovely property.

This truly is a hidden gem! We had the most amazing experience. The pictures and online description is all that and more. It is the perfect location and truly 30 second walk to the beach and perfect deck for sunset view. We will be back!

We loved this home, great for families, they supplied everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The location to the beach was perfect, just a few steps. The beach was beautiful and on the quiet area of the beach. Ana was always quick to respond to my questions and was so sweet and accommodating with some requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for the perfect get-away, this is the place. You are about 50 steps from the beach, plus you have yor own private deck that faces the Gulf. There is a wonderful Italian Restaurant right across the street (Casa Italia) and a great place for Breakfast 3 blocks away (Sandy's). The condo was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor and furnishings were top notch. Four of us stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location
Very clean beautiful home. Very spacious. Well stocked with everything you might need. Big plus that beach chairs and equipment is included since we fly in. Walk right off of deck onto the beach. Location was very quiet and well patrolled by local sheriffs. Owners were great to work with. We will definitely be returning to this home on our next IRB trip.

IRB is wonderful!
We stayed in March 2022 and had a lovely time. The property is spacious and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. IRB is a quiet community out of the fray of busier areas like Clearwater Beach. Hosts were easy to work with and made the trip effortless. Would recommend to all !

Really Good, Not Exceptional
What appeared to be a house on the beach turned out to be a house blocked by 3 other condos. The deck was great and did sit on the beach. Sunsets were awesome. Parking was a disappointment. There was one parking space in front of the house and all other parking was open to the public or owned by other property owners. The interior decor was beautiful. There were only a few towels and wash cloths. I purchased others so that I didn't have to wash them every day. Overall, it was in a great location and we had a very nice and much needed get-away!

Everything you need for a perfect beach stay!
We loved Indian Rocks Beach & this rental was perfect! Front patio for eating or people watching, side patio upstairs (sleeping porch) and ocean front patio-all with comfy chairs/pillows/ umbrellas! Also provided are beach chairs, boogie boards and all the sand toys you could want…we asked about beach umbrellas and owner had two brand new ones waiting for us-since a former renter had left theirs on beach😩. Comfy beds-tv’s if you want them-walk to restaurants and convenience store. Step off the ocean front patio and you’re on the beach in about 10 steps! Beautiful clean beach and not too crowded since most places to the right are private homes.

We loved staying at this house. Such a quick easy walk to the beach……just under the covered area and you are there. Easy cleanup with water hoses at covered area. It’s even better than the pictures convey. And the beds are so very comfortable!! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house on the beach
The house is beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with all the things you could need. Nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed the porch in the mornings and evenings. Cute yard and nice umbrellas and furniture. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Owner friendly and checkin a breeze. Very clean and comfortable. The beach was clean and the water beautiful.
