We had an amazing time in Casa Madre. The room was spotless, and very cozy. We stayed in 2 rooms, one of them with a five year old. We came from the city wanted wanting to take some time off to relax, and we certainly did, thanks to Cesar , and the beautiful property and the amazing job of the cleaning and maintenance staff who keep the hotel and its garden beautiful. The property was quaint and lovely, filled with art, surrounded by beautiful gardens, a perfect place to relax, We spent our time by the pool, sitting by the pond, walking the garden, and the den. The hospitality by Mr Cesar was outstanding, he definitely made our stay amazing, took care of all of our needs and made us feel special. We loved the afternoon tea/coffee, and pretty much everything about the hotel.

Amazing, what a place, great job done in setting up this hotel. Truly exceptional. Cesar and milagros, who work there are hard working people, honest and kind.

The whole atmosphere and structure is great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull. The setting for dinner was great and the Big Room is very relaxing.
Unfortunately the rooms window faced the parking lot so it was not great but we did not spend a lot of time in the room anyway

Staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hosts are going the extra mile in delivering services to you. The host provided us with a guide for hiking the india dormida, they informed us about the local situation regarding road blocks and fuelling the car and even when we forgot some shoes they phoned us.
The only drawback was no sun beds at the pool.

The attention and service was excellent. Loved my room & how clean it was. very comfortable and great shower. Hot water came out immediately no need to wait. The ozone touch was superb. I slept like a baby. The food selection was very good including desserts. Loved the Spa services. hot/cold stone massage & lymphatic drainage with Francisca.
Cesar was amazing, always attentive and on time for anything I needed.
The place is a dream come true. Great inspiration to find our inner sanctuary! What a delight. I miss it already. Thank you all 🙏♥️🌹

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The food was really tasty, but the service was slow and made several mistakes with our order. I will highly recommend the owners to either get more kitchen staff or trained them better.

Very Cousy. The decoration is full of details all around. Everything is of excellent taste. Great place to relax and enjoy with your couple. Near the town of El Valle y you want to tour around.

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent.
Well the room was gorgeous and very comfy but it was difficult to sleep since at night there was a lot of wind and the windows where kinda banging, it sounded like tree branches where also banging with the roof outside.
