Rooms are not clean. The staffs are not attentive ...we have ordered food and they gave after 1.5 hrs

They charged me extra i.e. Rs.300/- than amount shown in my booking confirmation email.

Most disappointing was I made booking online from oyo and booking.com I got booking id , when I reached there owner of that hotel is telling booking.com is not working and when I shown him oyo booking id directly refused which I got good discount after asking price , he told me to rebook which cost almost double reservation was worst and be careful with that hotel collection e zeal I never believed this also can happen....

Reservation which I made online I got booking id I shown to hotel owner and he is looking in mobile my reservation he don't have computer or laptop for business and he directly refused me there is no booking , check in is the most important impact and this owner make me to do second reservation which cost me double and it was terrible really a very very bad experience for check in make sure guys care full with this hotel and confirm with hotel side or else it would be very expensive experience...

They did not receive any bookings in my name. I struggled in the middle of the night to arrange a stay for us. A very bad experience. The next day, when I mentioned the issue to the owner... He said that they haven't registered with Booking.Com and that if there's any issue... I need to speak with booking.com people a nd not the hotel people.
