we had to clean the entire cabin for a comfortable stay. I know it’s not turn down service but charging a cleaning fee and not having it clean is not ok

The location was perfect! It was very cozy.

Wasn’t a dust pan or cleaners to use except for dish soap. Iron had something melted on it and there wasn’t an iron board.

The cabin was filthy. My husband and I had other family members on their way to stay at the cabin with us. We called and told them to find a hotel. The beds had hair in them and appeared to have been slept in. The bathtub had mold. There were electrical outlets that were uncovered. My husband took many pictures. We only stayed the first night due to the fact in was too late to get another place to stay that night. We had to talk to many people to try and get our many back. We were passed around on the phone for about 12 hours. The owner of the cabin seemed to be very unconcerned and unsympathetic. Do not stay in this cabin.
