If you’re looking at this property, you must have a large group. This is perfect due to the 2 wonderful family spaces and every bedroom having its own bathroom!! The access to the the beautiful river and wildlife was amazing. We saw geese, an otter and a bear! We were able to walk to the main strip/ downtown area very easily. This is key because parking on the downtown/strip area is very difficult. Although you’re that close the woods and river behind your house lets you feel like you are in the country. The kids spent our “ down time” upstairs on the third floor while the adults could visit in the living/dining/ kitchen area. We were a family of. 11 and never felt too close to each other. It is very well appointed with everything you need. We throughly enjoyed our week there.

Excellent property located within walking distance of many of the local activities and the trolley line. Fantastic trout fishing and swimming feet from the porch. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

This home has a great set up for a large family group. The location on the water was perfect for cooling off after the days activities. Good proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg and the National park.

Plenty of space for our extended family. We LOVED the access to the rocks/creek in the backyard - was a great way to entertain the kids while adults enjoyed the patio. Walked into town a few times - a little farther from main attractions, but enjoyed easy walk to Hillbilly golf and some shopping. Would stay here again!

Would rent this property again. The house was fully equipped with all necessities. The location was beautiful and relaxing on the River. I would choose this location verdus high in the mountains due to easy accessibility to the parkway yet still somewhat remote and peaceful!

Excellent location for walking to downtown gatlinburg. Wonderful view being on river. Excellent for seeing bears. Saw momma bear & 3 Cubs first night and huge male bear on our last night. (Saw him open our neighbors car door and help himself to some chips)

We had a wonderful time at the cabin with our family. It was just as described on the listing. We enjoyed the fact that it is walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the sound of the river, it was very calming. The owner is wonderful at communicating and answered all of our questions! I would definitely recommend. It was accommodating for all family members. We had an age range from a 1 year old and grandparents and they enjoyed it very much.

It was so nice to be near everything, yet it felt like we were tucked into a mountain somewhere. The house is gorgeous and clean! The interior is so beautifully decorated and the exterior is ideal! You cannot beat the riverside location. Combine that with a fire pit on a beautiful deck! It was everything we could have imagined for the perfect Gatlinburg getaway!!

Beautiful location and beautiful property. The kids had an amazing time by the river and we had a short and relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back.

Cool off in the river after your day of activities. Many great food options, liquor stores, and an actual tiny grocery store with everything you need within walking distance. When I come back to Gatlinburg I will be staying here again.

Our stay was fantastic at this beautifully furnished home on the River . Our granddaughters and many others enjoyed wading and fishing behind the house . We played family games and hiked in the Great Smoky Mts. The house is an easy walk into Gatlinburg. The patio and 2nd floor porch were great for looking and listening to the river . Myra is a terrific host and responsive to a few questions we had prior and during our stay. We plan to return!

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering of family and friends. It was clean and well stocked with a lovely view of the river.

Ideally located on the river with surprising privacy for being so close to town this home was immaculate. Its location made going to either Pigeon Gorge or Gatlinburg a short commute on a perfect day with no traffic!! We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom and the living space was large and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with many extras (such as paper products) that are normally not provided. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The owner was quick to respond to me when we had a minor issue with the door code. You will not be disappointed if you select this property for your stay. In my opinion river views are just as great as mountain views.

Our family absolutely LOVED this property. No matter what odd thing we needed or wanted, it was there. The house it so well laid out and every part of it is made for comfort. The river behind it is completely accessible. I only wish it hadn't rained so much so we could have gone swimming!

We rented this cabin for a dance competition trip. There were 4 moms and their teenage daughters. This cabin was perfect for us. Each mom had their own bedroom and bathroom. The four teenagers had the top floor to themselves. The booking process was easy, and Myra was always quick to answer any questions that I had. Let's talk about the location, it was perfect! A short drive through the tunnel and you were in Pigeon Forge, and a short walk (or even shorter drive) and you were on the Gatlinburg strip. The river is literally in your back yard! I sat on the deck every morning and listened to the water rushing by. It was so beautiful and peaceful! This property was so amazing!

The property was everything my family had hoped for. Room for everyone to have their own space. The walk into downtown Gatlinburg is very doable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Will definitely rent again.

The location of this beautiful house is perfect , we had coffee on the porch and saw a bear swim through the river . We also saw an Eagle catch a snack . It was an easy walk to everything . We will be back .

House was immaculate, comfortable and gorgeous with lovely linens and comfy mattresses. Our group of 11 found everything quite accommodating and we loved the huge dining table for our nightly grilled meals. Gatlinburg is a very bustling, busy small town. This property is walking distance to the main strip with all the attractions, restaurants and shops. During busy hours, you can literally walk there faster than drive or the trolley. Checked in twice with Myra and she was quick to respond. Highly recommend! And, yes, a bear was spotted crossing our patio. The river and sounds, right there, was our favorite part.

The place was great, clean, next to a river, and close to every thing in town, and the Park.

Myra was great throughout the whole process answering any questions I had very quickly. Her home is beautiful and clean. With the river as a back drop it was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her rental as well as we would stay there again.

My family had a wonderfull time in this great house. It has 3 floors with a king bedroom and bath on the first floor. A half bath is off the great room. Three bedrooms are on the second floor with 2 queens and one king. The third floor has a huge bonus room with sofas, tv,, game tables and a bedroom with 2 queens /big bath. Also a half bath is near the bonus room.. Wonderful home! Each bedroom has their own bath.

It was great .....but around 9 o’clock every night the unit kicked on and keep us a wake, plus someone dropped a lot of bread outside on the porch and when the snow melted it made it very slippery outside but all in all it was the best place that we stayed at in Gatlinburg and we ha e been coming up every year for 8 years..

Loved the house. Perfect for our family. Snow on Christmas day was a nice touch.
