This is my favorite place to stay at Lake Las Vegas. Walking to restaurants after a day of golf. What could be better.

Good stay here at this unit. Very comfortable beds and the hosts were great at communication. We had an issue with their TV's/Remotes. Didn't get to use the TV for two days and they helped us try to figure it out. Ultimately, we feel it was an issue with the batteries in the remotes so on our last night we did get to use the TV's by changing the channels the old fashion way on the cable box. Not a big deal at all. I would recommend this unit.

This property is fantastic. Everything was really easy and the spot, the view etc. was amazing. They even had coffee and half and half! I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Lake Las Vegas!

Working with Jean was the best the condo was perfect we had the best time. The location was perfect very close to everything. We golfed, visited Red Rock Canyon (amazing) and Valley of Fire..would definitely recommend the condo and will be back….Thank you Jean…

There are so many amazing things to say about this VRBO. 1) location was beautiful, quiet and so peaceful. 2) check in process was so seamless and smooth. Jean was so detailed and we had absolutely no issues. 3) the place was so clean, inviting, relaxing, all possible amenities in the Vrbo, comfortable and homey. Just beautiful. 4) location again was perfect. So close to the amenities, restaurants, stores, etc… so convenient. I would absolutely stay there again. Jean - thank you so much for your hospitality and we can’t wait to visit again and stay at your place.

Joe and Jean must have had first pick of units in this building. The view is amazing, and the unit is well decorated and appointed. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to buy one if we can find one. Thanks Joe and Jean for a wonderful vacation.

This property is amazing. This is our second stay at this condo. Jean is always so accommodating. The location is perfect. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but yet close enough. This property is definitely five stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Cheryl

Beautiful view of mountains, lake front and pools. Accomodations near by, parking, balcony and plenty of room for 4. Home feel without being at home.

Rooms were spacious, clean, great amenities. Best part of the trip was the views especially watching the fireworks from the balcony.

The panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas were breathtaking, and we found ourselves frequently drawn to the balcony to soak in the picturesque surroundings. Jean and Joe, the gracious owners, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Amazing hidden gem approximately 25 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. Beautiful views of the lake and mountain with in an Italian like community setting. We were impressed with how quiet and not overcrowded the area was as well. Joe and Jean do an excellent job with hosting and maintaining a beautiful condo. We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

Casa Sudano is exactly as advertised. Jean provided updates and great communication from start to finish…definitely one of my best experiences with a host/owner. This place was perfect for us 50-somethings that just wanted some warm sun and a nice pool after exploring and hiking in the area without the world of the Las Vegas strip.

I found the property better than I was expecting. The view was it's best part but I have not a single complaint on any part of my stay. By far the most responsive owners I have come across. Do not hesitate to stay here.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and especially communication with the owner, Jean. My son and I were in town for his lacrosse tournament at Heritage Park (just a ~10 minute drive from this location) and couldn't have been happier with our stay in this condo. Extra clean, super comfortable, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beautiful property throughout!! Special thanks to the owner Jean for the kind message about the lacrosse tournament and especially for making the property available well in advance of our arrival after a 12-hour drive from Denver!! Wonderful place to stay! The hosts are very attentive. They have great supplies for kitchen and bath so we didn't have to run out and buy stuff. Always quick to respond to questions. The condo and surrounding area are as advertised and better! The little shops and restaurants on the property were great! Mexican Restaurant, Sonrisa, is one of the best we've ever had! Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

Great 2 bed condo on the top floor. Condo was clean. Lots of coffee. Washer dryer and dishwasher.

The property was very clean and comfortable it felt like you were at home. The Village was great with the shops and Restaurants and the parking garage was easy to use and secure. Overall great experience

This place was not just a nice place to stay, refreshing for our tired bodies, but renewing to the core of our being with the view from the balcony/window since my wife and I are renewed by nature! A great place to do that while living in a quality rental! It is equipped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Sudano. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Property was super clean and what a great view! The property owners had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back!

This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed in. It was very clean and Jean, our host, was so accommodating. Usually the photos always look better than the actual place. This place looked just like the pictures......if not better! Unfortunately my elderly parents couldn't make it at the last minute but I'm hopeful they'll be up to making it there next year. One of the reasons I chose this area was I didn't want to have to rent a car.......there are plenty of restaurants right there in the village and there is even a market called Season's which has reasonable prices. All of these which are only a few minutes walk of the Viera Building! I would definitely book this condo again! Thanks Jean & Joe for everything!

What a wonderful getaway from the strip. We enjoyed everything from the view, comfort and village environment. Communication with Jean was perfect. We will definitely be back when visiting the Nev. area. If you are thinking about this place just book it! Excellent!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We were here for a week and never grew tired of that view. We spent time playing cards on the balcony, swimming in the pool, dining at the local restaurants and all the other comforts of the place. We had a fantastic weekend at this property and the location was ideal for us. The property was as advertised, and the communication with the owner was superb. We are planning a future stay at this property.

The condo was an incredible place to finally rest after some long drives and hikes. We had plenty of space and it was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook some meals. Very quiet community but the little grocery store met all our needs. Saturday evening’s live concert was the perfect end to our vacation. I also can’t say enough about the view. The balcony was the ideal way to start the day with a cup of coffee❤️ Jean and Joe were amazing hosts, even left us a bag of snacks and water in the refrigerator! Thank you!
