The Condo and lake community is so beautiful, a nice place to relax and enjoy summertime, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Building code and pool gate code that were provided were outdated. Thankfully when we arrived the first evening, a friendly employee let us in or we would have been stranded. We skipped the pool that night but asked the front desk the next morning and they confirmed that both codes
were outdated.werer

This was the nicest condo! Great view, very clean and perfect location. We had so much fun visiting for a wedding and we really enjoyed the location as it was in the heart of the shops and restaurants. If you’re considering staying here or in a local hotel, pick this place!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean with enough linens for the entire family. The views from the balcony include the pool, grounds, and lake. The restaurants in the Village provided wonderful service and good food as well!

Quiet, relaxing. Says sleeps 6, but could use a refresh of cutlery/ serious spoon shortage

The communication with the host was actually terrible before we arrived and I was at the property after check in time before I received instructions.
I had called the host and they had told me that they would send instructions an hour before check in.
After check in I could not get an answer and reached out to VRBO. During that call, the instructions came.
It was not a convenient or comfortable way to

We were a party of 5 adults and had a great stay. The two bedroom apartment is modern, clean and had all the amenities. The owners took care of every detail for a comfortable stay. Parking was not a problem unlike some folks complained. It’s a big resort and there is ample parking behind ( opposite grocery store) and in the adjacent defunct casino. For sleeping arrangements, master bedroom had a king size bed ( sleeps 2 adults), the second bedroom had a full size bed (sleeps 2 adults) and a pull out sofa bed in living room (sleeps 1 adult). Loved the balcony views of the lake, resort and mountains.

I don’t usually make the time to do reviews, and am a nice person who keeps her cool, but in this case I had to.
We had a quite a challenge checking in (we arrived two hours early). We’ve been early before and it’s never been an issue, but this time it was a bit challenging. The response to questions were slow to come.
The beds were noted as two king beds, but one was a double which made two adults very unhappy and uncomfortable with no space to move.
Although it was said there is a parking garage (we were familiar with due to past visits) there was no transponder available to get in. We were then told we could park down by the market or up by the casino both were a bit of a hike in the heat and not well lit.
The Wi-Fi was extremely difficult to get into. Took each of us five to seven tries before it would work.
Paper goods were the cheapest possible so bring or buy your own.
Pool was closed the last day and when we checked with front desk, they just said, “sorry”. Later they were giving out the code to others guests.

Fantastic loved the place. Thought on the ad it said 2 king beds but it's actually one king and one queen. Great decor loved the stone accents and amazing view. We've stayed at 3 different units in the building and this one is the best. Thank you

Great location and comfortable unit!

Overall great property, clean and well stocked. The one thing I’d fix is the pull out coach bed was broken and could not be used.

Great unit, with everything you need. Great views and comfortable furniture.
Garage parking would be nice, or at least prior clarification on where to park.
Recommended.

Some others have noted that parking is not clear in the check-in process. And potentially unsafe for certain groups when you have to park off property. And this is true. But this in no way impacted our stay in a negative manner. Called when arrived and got quick help about the where we can park. And next morning figured out the safer paths.
But this condo was EVERYTHING!! The rooms were great for separate spaces for us; friend used the balcony a bit just to unwind some while working; inside amenities were nearly perfect (the Mr Coffee is weird and … difficult at first—I suggest bringing basket filters and your own coffee); restaurants/shops nearby were easy to access. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend!

I really hate writing this because I’ll have to re-live the horrible experience, but here goes anyway…
My husband and I booked this location via VRBO for our 8th Anniversary in Vegas. StripViewSuites is the Property Management company, and I don’t know which company is worse but I’ll share my experience with StripViewSuites…
We were supposed to get our checkin info on the day we were to arrive which was 10/15/22. Our checkin time was at 4pm. At 2pm on this day I messaged the host to let them know we had not received any checkin info. They messaged back saying that they would send it shortly. At 4pm when it was time to checkin we still had not received any checkin info so I reached back out to the host. They apologized for the delayed info. and about 10 minutes later we received instructions on how to check into our unit.
As we went to find somewhere to park, there was nothing available. We went to ask the front desk rep if there was a code to the on site parking garage, and he stated that the owner had to provide that. After multiple attempts to get the code from the property management company, they refused. They told us that “street parking” was available; however, they must not be familiar with the property or may be misinformed. There were probably a total of about 15 parking spots with 400 units in the building. We had no where to park, and we were not allowed to have the code to the on site parking garage. Several hours later, my husband and I were able to park in 1 of the 15 spots, but because we knew that we would quickly lose our spot if we moved to unload luggage, we instead rolled all our luggage up a steep hill to avoid losing our parking. When we messaged the host about this incident, they began to send us pictures of where we could park. They sent pictures circling wrong areas. It was clear that they were not familiar with the property. They never called us. They would only respond via text even when we requested that they call. And many times, hours would go by without any response from them. It was probably 11pm or so before we found a park.
We later learned that we could park at another property that was close by, and this is what we did for the remainder of the trip.
While the room and property were nice, at night, it was really dark, and I did not feel safe. Where we had to park was about a 5 minute walk from our room. At night you could not even see in front of you. Poor parking, lighting and customer service.

A Great Place to Stay Away from the Strip
We wanted to stay at a nice place away from the Strip, and this Lake Las Vegas condo was perfect for us. We went to Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Mount Charleston, Hoover Dam, and some breweries in Henderson, and this location was just right.
The A/C needed repair, so it was 10 degrees warmer than we preferred the first night, but the owners sent a repair crew within 24 hours, and the rest of our stay was perfect.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo
The place itself is a 5 for sure even though there were some issues early on. We had some issues not receiving our check in instructions one hour prior but SVS told us the check in time is 4pm which is different than the listing time of 3pm. There were no parking instructions included which would be nice since the front desk staff had no idea. The pool is nice and quiet. Many little village shops not open when we got there midday Thursday but they opened later and weekend was more lively. We enjoyed being away from the strip but not a long drive. Super clean, comfy and great amenities. We felt at home.

Great Location with Great Views
I would like to preface, this isn’t my first VRBO experience. And this wasn’t a terrible experience, just a very frustrating one. Overall it was a great condo and in a great location and I will be back! There were just a few hiccups that didn’t feel right. 1- I had to track down the property management company for check in instructions. (Door codes etc)
2- There wasn’t a welcome packet or binder with instructions in the unit. So no pool or hot tub access until the property manager could get back to us. And then their response was to ask the front desk kid. Who was never there. So 2 days later we finally got pool access. 3154 You’re Welcome
3- This next issue was about safety and respect, because my friend and I are 2 young single girls, it just was upsetting to receive an email that said “we have maintenance technicians coming to fix the blinds between 1-2” It scared the crap out of us having shady subcontractors enter our unit. It was a dang good thing I checked my email, but giving us an hour heads up was not fair. This should have been sent to us as a phone call! Otherwise we would have been startled by 3 men entering our condo.
We felt we had to stay because we had Laptops and valuables around. But what a shady experience to be in when you are visiting Las Vegas! You should never risk your guests being taken advantage of by a sub contractor or risk their valuables going missing.
As a real estate agent who has sold and managed vacation rentals, you NEVER put your guests in that kind of situation. You always schedule your subs in between guests. OR you give them 24 hr notice.
4- Bugs- Now I get it we are by a Lake and there will be bugs. But it would have been nice to have screens on windows or doors. One of the bedroom windows was cracked open and we stayed up late killing 27 flying bugs on the ceiling. KEEP THE WINDOWS CLOSED! Again another good tip for a welcome packet/binder
5- Things to go in the binder: There are bike paths and the Bike shop will give you maps. It’s $80 for 2 hrs. Restaurants: There is a bomb Mexican restaurant, Asian, and 2 Italian restaurants (in the off season) BellaLinda for Gelato is a must!!! Seasons grocery store was a great cost effective place for breakfast. $13 for a breakfast sandwich and fresh squeezed Orange Juice! We were here over a weekend, the Farmers market is a must!
